Marina Kaštela je hrvatska privatna marina,
smještena na SE obali Kaštelanskog zaljeva,
čiju zaštitu vjekovima pružaju brdo Kozjak
(N) te poluotok Marjan (SE) i otok Čiovo
(SW).
Marina Kastela is privately owned Croatian
marina, situated on the northern shore of
the Kaštela bay. It is shielded by the Kozjak
Mountain from the north, while the Marjan
peninsula and the Island of Čiovo guard its
southern sea approach.

Marina Kaštela je marina s cjelogodišnjim poslovanjem.
Cjenik usluga Marine Kaštela je na snazi je od 1. siječnja 2016. i sadrži komercijalne uvjete i cijene nautičkih usluga u moru i na suhom vezu.
Godišnji ugovorni period:
Za privatna plovila
•• 01.03.2016. - 28.02.2017.
•• 01.07.2016. - 30.06.2017.
•• 01.10.2016. - 30.09.2017.
Za charter plovila
•• 01.04.2016. do 31.03.2017.
U cijenu godišnjeg veza u moru uključeno je:
•• smještaj plovila u moru i ne uključuje smještaj plovila na kopnu,
•• korištenje pitke vode i električne energije (16 Ah)- za plovila do 12 m dužine,
•• korištenje sanitarija i tuševa,
•• neprekidno čuvanje i nadzor nad plovilima,
•• 1 parkirno mjesto po brodu – za plovila koja nisu u čarteru,
•• 2 parkirna mjesta po čarter-floti.
U cijenu godišnjeg veza na kopnu uključeno je:
•• smještaj plovila na suhom,
•• po jedno dizanje i spuštanje broda,
•• korištenje pitke vode i električne energije (16 Ah)- za plovila do 12 m dužine,
•• korištenje sanitarija i tuševa,
•• neprekidno čuvanje i nadzor nad plovilima,
•• 1 parkirno mjesto po brodu – za plovila koja nisu u čarteru,
•• postolje,
•• 50 % popusta na dnevni vez u moru na osnovi važećeg ugovora za godišnji smještaj
plovila na kopnu.
Dodatak za zimovanje na kopnu
•• mogu koristiti isključivo vlasnici plovila koja nisu u čarter-floti u kombinaciji s plaćenom uslugom godišnjeg veza u moru i to u razdoblju od 01. 10. 2016. do 28. 02. 2017.
•• Plaćanje ove usluge vrši se unaprijed, odnosno isključivo prilikom zaključenja ugovora o vezu. Naknadno plaćanje po ovoj usluzi nije moguće.
•• Cijena dodatka za suhi vez uključuje: po 1 dizanje i spuštanje plovila, pranje dna i postolje tijekom važenja ugovornog perioda.
Polugodišnji ugovor na kopnu
•• ne uključuje operacije travel lifta i pranja plovila.
Potrošnja električne energije i vode
•• Potrošnja električne energije (punjenje baterija 16 Ah) i vode (punjenje tanka) za plovila do 12 m uključena je u cijenu veza. Za plovila preko 12 m, utrošena električna energija i
voda posebno se naplaćuju, i to: za plovila priključena na ormariće s očitanjem po potrošnji, a plovila priključena na ormariće bez očitanja po paušalnom iznosu.
•• Pranje plovila posebno se naplaćuje.
•• Kod pranja plovila, obvezna je upotreba ručnih regulatora vode, tzv. pištolja za vodu. Pranje plovila zaračunava se po paušalnoj cijeni potrošene vode u skladu s cijenom iz ovog
cjenika.

•• U slučaju najma dnevnog veza, vez treba napustiti najkasnije do 14:00 h posljednjeg plaćenog dana.
Nakon 14:00 h naplaćuje se vez za sljedeći dan.
•• Boravak plovila na vezu do 2 sata obračunava se 50 % cijene dnevnog veza.
•• Boravak plovila na vezu duže od 2 sata zaračunava se kao cijeli dan osim za plovila u čarteru za koja se naplaćuje dnevni
vez-čarter i 532,00 kn paušal za check in i check out.
•• Za plovila u čarteru cijena veza se uvećava za 20 %.
•• Tijekom srpnja i kolovoza nije moguće korištenje usluge mjesečnog veza u moru.
•• Marina zadržava pravo provjere dimenzija plovila.
•• Ako maksimalna dužina ili širina broda prelazi određenu kategoriju, zaračunava se cijena odgovarajuće kategorije.
•• Katamaranima i trimaranima cijene za sve usluge uvećavaju se za 100 %.

Napomene:
•• Uporaba travel lifta na pasicama 0,5 h = 1 operacija, a preko 0,5 h = 2 operacije.
•• Ako Marina pruža usluge servisa, premještanje plovila se ne naplaćuje.
•• Cijena stavljanja jarbola ne uključuje podešavanje jarbola.
•• Spuštanje plovila s prijevoznog sredstava na nosač naplaćuje se kao
jedna operacija.
•• Prijevoz plovila kopnom (carrello) nije uključen u cijenu veza.
•• Ako servis Marine Kaštela obavlja bojanje podvodnog dijela plovila,
besplatna su tri dana smještaja plovila na kopnu.

OPĆE NAPOMENE:
Pomoćni brod može biti plovilo maksimalne dužine do 2,5 metra.
Ako pomoćni brod nije na matičnom plovilu ili uz matično plovilo, plaća se vez sukladno
cijeni iz cjenika.
Prostor na kojem se vrše radovi treba održavati čistim, u protivnom se zaračunavaju troškovi
čišćenja u iznosu od 380 kn.
Vlastite ležaljke (osim prikolice) zbog tehničkih razloga nisu dozvoljene.
Servisni radovi na plovilu dozvoljeni su samo unutar servisne zone.
Svi korisnici usluga Marine Kaštela dužni su pridržavati se: Uvjeta iz važećeg cjenika
Marine Kaštela, Općih uvjeta poslovanja za sklapanje ugovora te Pravilnika o redu u luci
Marine Kaštela.
Pridržano pravo izmjene i nadopune cjenika kao i pogreške u tiskanju.
Svoje prigovore možete prijaviti na recepciji i upisati ih u knjigu žalbi.

Marina Kaštela is open all year round.
The Marina Kaštela price list is effective from January 1st, 2016 . It contains commercial terms and prices for nautical services related to both wet and dry storage..
The annual contractual period is from:
For private vessels
•• 01.03.2016 - 28.02.2017
•• 01.07.2016 - 30.06.2017
•• 01.10.2016 - 30.09.2017
For Charter vessels
•• 01.04.2016 - 31.03.2017
Services included in the price of the annual sea berth:
•• sea berth and it does not include dry storage,
•• use of drinking water and electricity (16Ah) – for vessels less than 12m LOA
•• use of sanitary facilities and showers,
•• 24h surveillance,
•• 1 parking place per boat – for boats licensed for personal use,
•• 2 parking places per charter fleet.
Services included in the price of the annual dry berth:
•• dry berth,
•• 1 lift and lowering,
•• consumption of drinking water and electricity (16Ah) - for vessels up to 12m in
length
•• use of sanitary facilities and showers,
•• 24h surveillance,
•• 1 parking place per vessel – for vessels licensed for personal use,
•• cradle,
•• 50% discount on daily wet slip rental for vessels with a valid annual dry slip contract.
Additional fee for dry winter storage:
•• Only for the owners of non-charter vessels, in combination with the paid annual sea berth rental and during the period from 01. 10. 2016 to 28. 02. 2017
•• The payment must be made in advance, that is, upon the conclusion of the berth rental contract. Payments made at a later date are not acceptable.
•• Additional fee for dry winter storage includes: 1 lifting and 1 lowering of the vessel, 1 washing of the hull and boat cradle during the duration of the contract.
Semi-annual dry slip contract
•• does not include the travel lift operations or vessel washing services.
Electricity and water consumption
•• Electricity (charging batteries 16Ah) and water (filling up the tanks) for vessels up to 12m in length is included in the berth rental price. For vessels over 12m in length, water and
electricity consumption is additionally charged: vessels connected to the power pedestals with meters are charged according to consumption, while those connected to power
pedestals without meters are charged a flat fee.
•• When washing the vessel, the use of hand water regulators (so called water guns) is obligatory. If the regulators are not used, water consumption is additionally charged according
to consumption and in accordance with the price list.

•• With daily berth rentals, the berths must be vacant by 2:00 PM of the last paid day. Additional
daily fees are charged after 2:00 PM.
•• When vessels remain on the berth for less than 2 hours, 50% of the daily berth rental is charged.
•• When vessels remain on the berth longer than 2 hours, the daily berth rentals are charged except for charter
vessels that are charged an additional flat fee of 70€ for check-in and check-out in addition
to the daily berth charter rental fees.
•• Charter vessel berth rental fee is 20% higher.
•• Monthly sea berth services cannot be used during July and August.
•• Marina reserves the right to check the declared dimensions of each vessel.
•• If the maximum width or length of the vessel exceeds a particular category,
the fees are charged according to the next higher price category.
•• Fees for catamarans and trimarans are 100% higher.

General notes:
The maximum length of the lifeboat may be 2.5m. If the lifeboat is not placed on the main
vessel, or by it, a berth fee will be charged according to the price list.
The area for works must be kept tidy at all times. Otherwise, cleaning fee in the amount
of 50-€ is charged.
Private cradles (trailers excluded) are not permitted for technical reasons.
Vessel servicing and repair works are permitted only within the service zone.
All customers using the services provided by Marina Kaštela must abide by the following:
terms listed on the effective Marina Kaštela price list, general operating contract terms
and Marina Kaštel rules of conduct.
Marina Kaštela reserves the right to make price amendments and adjustments, and errors
in print.
You may report your complaints to the reception and write them in the Complaints Book.

Der Yachthafen Marina Kastela ist ganzjährig für Sie geöffnet.
Die Preisliste der Marina Kaštela gilt ab dem 1. Januar 2016 und enthält die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedienungen sowie die Preise für Dienstleistungen im Wasser sowie am
Landliegeplatz.

Im Preis für den Jahreswasserliegeplatz ist enthalten:

•• Benutzung der Sanitäranlagen und Duschen
•• ununterbrochene Bewachung der Boote

Vertrags für einen Jahreslandliegeplatz
Zuschlag für die Landüberwinterung:
•• Kann nur von Bootseignern genutzt werden, die keinen Bootsverleih (Charter) betreiben und die einen vertraglich abgeschlossenen Jahreswasserliegeplatz im Zeitraum vom
1.10.2016 bis zum 28.02.2017 nutzen.
•• Diese Dienstleistung wird im Voraus bezahlt, beziehungsweise ausschließlich beim Abschluss des Vertrages für den Liegeplatz. Eine nachträgliche Bezahlung dieser Dienstleistung
ist nicht möglich.
•• Der Zuschlag für den Trockenliegeplatz beinhaltet: jeweils 1 mal Heben und Slippen des Bootes, Rumpfreinigung, und einen Liegebock während der Vertragslaufzeit
Halbjahresverträge für einen Trockenliegeplatz
•• beinhalten keine Travelliftoperationen und keine Bootsreinigung
Strom und Wasserverbrauch:
•• Für Boote bis 12m Lüa sind der Stromverbrauch (Aufladung einer 16Ah-Batterie) und der Wasserverbrauch (Tankfüllung) im Preis inbegriffen. Für Boote über 12m Lüa wird der
Strom-und Wasserverbrauch gesondert verrechnet, und zwar wie folgt: Boote, die an das Strom-und Wassernetz mit Ablesung angeschlossen sind: je nach Verbrauch; Boote, die
an das Strom-und Wassernetz ohne Ablesung angeschlossen sind: Pauschalpreis.
•• Bootsreinigungen werden gesondert verrechnet.
•• Bei Bootsreinigungen ist die Benutzung einer Sprühpistole vorgeschrieben. Die Bootsreinigung wird gemäß dem Pauschalpreis für das verbrauchte Wasser gemäß den Preisen
aus dieser Preisliste verrechnet.

•• Bei der Anmietung von Tagesliegeplätzen muss der Liegeplatz bis spätestens 14:00 Uhr des letzten bezahlten
Tages verlassen werden. Nach 14:00 Uhr wird auch der Folgetag für den Liegeplatz verrechnet.
•• Bei einer Aufenthaltsdauer von bis 2 Stunden am Liegeplatz werden 50% der Liegeplatzgebühr für einen Tag verrechnet.
•• Bei einer Aufenthaltsdauer von mehr als 2 Stunden am Liegeplatz wird ein ganzer
Tag verrechnet. Davon ausgenommen sind Charterboote, welchen der Tagesliegeplatz-Charter
verrechnet wird, sowie ein Pauschalbetrag für Check-in und Check-out im Betrag von 70,00 EUR
•• Für Charterboote wird ein Aufschlag von 20% berechnet.
•• Im Juli und August können keine Monatsliegeplätze angemietet werden.
•• Die Marine behält sich das Recht vor, die Länge der Boote zu überprüfen.
•• Überschreitet die maximale Länge oder Breite des Bootes eine bestimmte Preiskategorie, wird die entsprechende
Preiskategorie berechnet.
•• Für Katamarane und Trimarane wird für alle Dienstleistungen ein Aufschlag von 100% berechnet.

Anmerkungen:
•• Die Travelliftnutzung auf Schnallen wird bis 0,5 Stunden als eine Operation, und bei mehr
als 0,5 Stunden als zwei Operationen verrechnet.
•• Das Versetzten des Bootes wird nicht zusätzlich verrechnet, sofern der Rumpfanstrich
(Unterwasserschiff) seitens Marina Kaštela ausgeführt wird.
•• Das Mastaufrichten beinhaltet preislich nicht das Masttrimmen.
•• Das Versetzen des Bootes vom Transportmittel (LKW) auf den Liegebock wird als eine
Operation verrechnet.
•• Der Transport des Bootes auf dem Landweg (Carello) ist im Preis für den Liegeplatz nicht
enthalten.
•• Wird der Unterwasseranstrich seitens Marina Kaštela durchgeführt, gewähren wir Ihnen
3 gebührenfreie Tage an Land für Ihr Boot!

Allgemeines:
Das Beiboot darf eine Länge von 2.5 m nicht überschreiten.
Ist das Beiboot nicht auf oder neben dem dazugehörigen Schiff, wird zusätzlich ein
Liegeplatz laut Preisliste verrechnet.
Das Gelände (oder angesagte Arbeitstätigkeiten im Gelände) muss sauber gehalten werden.
Ansonsten werden Reinigungskosten in Höhe von 50.- € verrechnet.
Eigene Liegeböcke (außer Trailer) sind aus technischen Gründen nicht zugelassen.
Geschäftstätigkeiten jeglicher Art auf dem Gelände der Marine Kaštela sind nur auf dem
dafür vorgesehenen Gelände erlaubt.
Alle Gäste sind verpflichtet, sich an die Hafenordnung der Marine Kaštela GmbH, sowie an die
Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Marine Kaštela GmbH zu halten. Preisänderungen
vorbehalten. Für Satz- und Druckfehler wird keine Verantwortung übernommen.
Ihre Einwände können Sie gerne an der Rezeption vorbringen und in das Beschwerdebuch
eintragen..

Il Listino prezzi del Marina Kaštela è in vigore dall’ 1 gennaio 2016 e comprende le Condizioni commerciali e i prezzi dei serivizi nautici in mare e a terra.

Il prezzo dell’ormeggio annuale in mare comprende:
•• ormeggio in mare, senza posto barca a terra,
•• consumo di acqua potabile e di energia elettrica (16 Ah) per le imbarcazioni fino ai 12m,
•• uso dei bagni e delle docce,
•• continua sorveglianza e custodia delle imbarcazioni,
•• un posto macchina per ogni unità – per imbarcazioni non destinate al noleggio,
•• due posti macchina per la flotta charter.
Il prezzo dell’ormeggio annuale a terra comprende:
•• un posto barca a terra,
•• un alaggio ed un varo dell’unità,
•• consumo di acqua potabile e di energia elettrica (16 Ah) per le imbarcazioni fino
ai 12m,
•• uso dei bagni e delle docce,
•• continua sorveglianza e custodia delle imbarcazioni,
•• un posto macchina ad ogni unità – per imbarcazioni non destinate al noleggio,
•• invasatura,
•• uno sconto di 50% per l’ormeggio giornaliero in mare in base al contratto annuale
di sosta dell’unità a terra in corso di validità.
Il supplemento per lo svernamento a terra
•• possono usufruire di questo servizio esclusivamente i proprietari delle unità non destinate al noleggio, in combinazione con il servizio di ormeggio annuale in mare pagato, nel
periodo dall’01.10.2016 al 28.02.2017
•• Questo servizio deve essere obbligatoriamente pagato in anticipo, al momento della stipulazione del contratto di ormeggio. Per questo servizio non è ammesso il pagamento
posticipato.
•• Il prezzo del supplemento per l’ormeggio a secco comprende: un alaggio e un varo dell’unità, un lavaggio della chiglia e un‘invasatura nel corso del periodo contrattuale.
Il contratto di ormeggio semestrale a terra
•• non comprende il travel lift e il lavaggio dell’unità.
Consumo di acqua ed energia elettrica
•• Il consumo di energia elettrica (accumulatori, 16A) e di acqua (cisterne) per le unità di lunghezza fino ai 12 metri è incluso nel prezzo dell‘ormeggio. Per le imbarcazioni oltre i
12 metri di lunghezza, l’acqua e l’energia elettrica consumate vanno pagate a parte come segue: le imbarcazioni allacciate ai sistemi con lettura pagano a consumo mentre le
imbarcazioni allacciate ai sistemi senza contatore a lettura pagano un importo forfettario.
•• Il lavaggio dell’imbarcazione viene pagato separatamente.
•• Durante il lavaggio dell’unità è obbligatorio l’uso delle idropulitrici. Il costo del lavaggio dell’imbarcazione è forfettario, conformemente al presente listino prezzi.

Avvertenze:
•• In caso di affitto giornaliero dell’ormeggio, la partenza dell’imbarcazione deve avvenire entro le ore 14 dell’ultimo giorno pagato.
In caso contrario, all’utente sarà addebitato un altro giorno di affitto,
•• Per una sosta inferiore alle 2 ore il costo dell’ormeggio corrisponde al 50% dell’affitto giornaliero dell’ormeggio,
•• Se la sosta supera le 2 ore, il cliente paga l’importo di un giorno intero, a eccezione delle imbarcazioni charter
che devono pagare un supplemento forfettario di 70€ per il check-in e il check-out,
•• Per le imbarcazioni charter il prezzo dell’ormeggio viene aumentato del 20%,
•• Durante i mesi di luglio e agosto non è possibile usare il servizio di ormeggio mensile in mare,
•• Il Marina si riserva la facoltà di verificare le dimensioni delle imbarcazioni,
•• Qualora la lunghezza o larghezza massima dell’imbarcazione superasse una determinata categoria,
sarà calcolato il prezzo per la categoria corrispondente,
•• Le tariffe di tutti i servizi per i catamarani e i trimarani vengono maggiorate del 100%.

La massima lunghezza del tender può essere di 2.5 metri.
Se il tender non è sistemato spora o accanto all’imbarcazione a cui appartiene, il proprietario
dovrà pagare l’ormeggio, conformemente al presente listino prezzi.
Lo spazio in cui si eseguono lavori deve essere tenuto pulito, in caso contrario il cliente
dovrà pagare le pulizie, nell’importo di 50€.
Per motivi tecnici non sono ammessi i supporti propri per l’invasatura dell’imbarcazione
(a eccezione dei carrelli)
I lavori di manutenzione sono permessi solo all’interno dell’area di prevista per il rimessaggio..
Tutti gli utenti del servizi del Marina Kaštela sono tenuti a osservare le disposizioni contenute nelle Condizioni del presente Listino prezzi del Marina Kaštela, del Regolamento
per la stipula dei contratti e il Regolamento del porto Marina Kaštela.
Il Marina si riserva il diritto di modificare e correggere di eventuali errori di stampa il
presente Listino prezzi.
