dati personali da Lei forniti alla nostra azienda vengono sottoposti ad operazioni di trattamento con metodologie
operative sia MANUALE che INFORMATIZZATA. Le operazioni di trattamento dei dati effettuate sono relative
alle finalità connesse all’adempimento di obblighi di legge, normativi e regolamentari. Tali dati, quindi, sono
NECESSARI per permetterci un corretto assolvimento degli obblighi su di noi gravanti. Qualora Lei non li

1. L'interessato ha diritto di ottenere la conferma dell'esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano,

al diritto tutelato.
4. L'interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano:
a) per motivi legittimi, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta;
b) a fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario/vendita diretta/compimento di ricerche di mercato/comunicazione
