II 7 marzo Ie Donne del Gruppo si riuneranno al Club per quella che si
prospettera come una bellissima serata, se si guarda agli anni scorsi. Infatti
ricorre il martedi grasso (prima del mercoledi delle ceneri), occasione nella
quale si ricorderanno i momenti allegri della giovenw, Ie varie storie e
storielle e qualche commediola. Tutte sono in attesa delle sorprese di Maria
Amoldo e Carmen Fedrigoni aile quali va un caldissimo ringraziamento per illoro sempre
costante impegno.
La riunione successiva, quella del 21 marzo, e dedicata invece ad una conferenza
dell' Associazione Heart and.Stroke Foundation dalla quale c'e sempre qualcosa da imparare.
Si invitano pertanto tutte Ie Signore e Signorine a fare una capatina al Club in queste due
serate dove amicizia e cultura saranno a disposizione di tutte.

RICETTA DEL MESE
CASTAGNACCIO
(Maria Berta)
Ingredienti:
400 gt. farina di castagne (si puo ottenerla al Bulk Food BarnJ
100 gr. uvetta sultanina
•
80 gr. pinoli
~
150 gr. zucchero

4 cucchiai olio

Preparazione:

Versare la farina in una terrina. Unire 4 cucchiai olio, zucchero e poco sale.
Mescolare bene questi ingredienti. Unire l'acqua fredda da fare risultare l'impasto
morbido e non troppo sec co. Unire uvetta e pinoli.
Ungere una tortiera piuttosto bassa, versarvi il composto, irrorare con poco olio e mettere
nel fomo gia caldo (200 gradi) cuocendo per almeno 40 minuti a 350 gradi.

RINGRAZIAMENTI
Anche se un po' in ritardo, vogliamo ringraziare Ie persone che aiutano quando ci sono
delle feste. II 5 Dicembre 1999 si e tenuta la festa dei bambini con Babbo Natale: un bel giomo
dove hanno partecipato parecchi bambini. Si deve ringraziare Ie seguenti persone per il loro
lavoro, Henry Foradori, Gina Marcon, Gemma Angeli, Franca Fanti, Pierina Tanel, Eugenia
Tanel, Renzo Moser.
II 29 Gennaio invece il paese di Cloz ci ha ospitato con i suoi canederli. Molta gente si
sono saziati. Erano veramente buonissimi! II lavoro non manca, specialmente per cucinare
questo piatto. Si ringraziano Gemma e Eddy Angeli, Mario e Albina Franch, Emma e Yop
