We are excited to host the Combined
Scientific Meeting of Singapore Society for
Hand Surgery (SSHS) and Società Italiano
Chirurgia della Mano (SICM) in Singapore
from 25 to 28 February 2016. The meeting
brings together international and regional
experts to discuss 'Controversies in Hand
Surgery'.
The combined meeting commences on
25th February concurrently with the 25th
edition of the Annual Hand Review
Course. The Hand Review Course is an
instructional course targeted at surgeons
in training to address core areas in Hand
Surgery and provides updates in these
areas. The Combined Scientific Meeting
focuses on 'Controversies in Hand Surgery'
and speakers will explore recent updates
on the current scientific understanding of
the hand and wrist, discuss the impact of
such
understanding
on
treatment
strategies, and consolidate evidencebased outcomes that we have to date.

The
post-congress
wrist
arthroscopy
workshop is a collaboration between SSHS
and European Wrist Arthroscopy Society
(EWAS) and will feature well known faculty
members to share their experience and
techniques over two days with basic and
advanced wrist arthroscopy.
Once again, it gives us great pleasure to
invite you to join us in the exchange of
ideas and knowledge. More importantly,
this would another opportunity for
continued fellowship and celebrations to
strengthen
the
Hand
Surgery
and
Reconstructive Microsurgery fraternity.
