UBI Banca: conclusa con successo la migrazione di Banca Popolare di Ancona sul sistema IT
target
Bergamo, 6 maggio 2008 – UBI Banca comunica che nel corso dell’ultimo week end di aprile è avvenuta
con successo la migrazione delle strutture e dei 259 sportelli di Banca Popolare di Ancona sul sistema
informativo target di Gruppo. La migrazione di Banca Popolare di Ancona segue a distanza di circa due mesi
quella di Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria; ambedue le migrazioni si sono svolte in linea con le
previsioni di Piano Industriale. Il nuovo sistema è stato in grado di garantire, sin dal primo giorno di attività,
la piena operatività delle filiali di Banca Popolare di Ancona.
Si prevede che le migrazioni delle Banche Rete dell’ex Gruppo BPU Banca sul sistema informativo target
proseguano a luglio 2008 con la migrazione di Banca Carime e si concludano come previsto ad inizio ottobre
con la migrazione di Banca Popolare di Bergamo.

The UBI Banca Group IT integration plan is proceeding on schedule: the migration of Banca
Popolare di Ancona onto the target IT system was completed successfully
Bergamo, 6th May 2008 – UBI Banca announces that the migration of the operating structures and of the 259
branches of Banca Popolare di Ancona onto the target IT platform of the Group was performed with success
during the course of the last weekend of April. The migration of Banca Popolare di Ancona follows that of
Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria by approximately two months; both migrations were in line with
Industrial Plan forecasts. The new system was successful in guaranteeing the full operation of the Banca
Popolare di Ancona branches right from the first day after the migration.
The migration of the former BPU Banca Network Banks onto the target IT System will continue in July 2008
with the migration of Banca Carime and will be completed as forecast at the beginning of October 2008 with
the migration of Banca Popolare di Bergamo..
