Profile
To support the Venue Media Operations Manager based in Stade de France in the planning, implementation and
operation of venue media facilities and services according to the tournament requirements and media concept, as
well as assisting with the overall coordination across all venues, including the preparation, training and integration
of staff.
Purpose
November-December 2015:
• Supports to the two Venue Media Operations Managers (North and South) in their final phase of preparation for
the ten venues with administrative and logistical tasks (meetings, reports, information management deliveries,
presentation preparation, assembling files, etc.)
• Assists with checking layouts, maps and set-up plans
• Supports venue media staff training and workshop preparation
• Handles administrative matters related to the arrival of the venue media staff onsite
• Coordinates schedules and deadline follow-up
• Provides similar support for the Final Draw in Paris
January 2016 – May 2016:
• Assists the Venue Media Operations Manager with the implementation and operation of the media facilities and
areas at the Saint-Denis venue
• Familiarises themselves with other areas in the planning phase (HB, safety/security, technical services,
accreditation, transport, logistics, signage, etc.)
• Ensures venue reports are submitted on a regular basis
• Coordinates all operations and logistics of the venue media team
• Coordinates set-up and liaise with the different stakeholders, especially suppliers in charge of the media related
installations, facilities and areas.
• Assists in the implementation of media technical services (power, internet connectivity, remote interpretation,
media TV, etc.)
• Prepares the staff training programme along with Venue Media Operations Manager
During Tournament:
• Manages the onsite venue media volunteers
• Responsible for media staff daily-shift planning
• Ensures the smooth running of the Stadium Media Centre
• Ensures the efficient delivery of Supplementary Access Devices to written press and photographers

• Works in close cooperation with other areas to ensure the efficient operation of the venue (HB, safety/security,
technical services, accreditation, transport, etc.)
Requirements
Experience required:
- from 1 to 3 years / Experience within media operations, preferably at world-class sports events. Experience at
events held in France preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's University degree preferred
Languages:
- English / Proficient
- French / Proficient
