Unscrew the plug from the “BASE” and “CATALYST” cans.

COLLEGAMENTO DEI CONTENITORI ALLA MACCHINA - CONNECTING THE CONTAINERS TO THE MACHINE
Svitare il tappino di sfiato dalle 2 baionette.
Unscrew the vent cap from the 2 bayonets.

Collegare il contenitore con il prodotto “BASE”.
Connect the container with the “BASE” product.

Collegare il contenitore con il prodotto “CATALYST”.
Connect the container with the “CATALYST” product.
Praticare un foro sul fondo dei contenitori e inserire la baionetta di sfiato aria in dotazione.
Make a hole on the bottom of the containers and insert the supplied air vent bayonet.
PRIMA ACCENSIONE - INITIAL START-UP

Premere ON/OFF per l’accensione della macchina.
Press ON/OFF to switch on the machine.

Ruotando il rubinetto rivolgere il tappino di sicurezza verso l'alto.
Rotate the tap so the safety plug is facing upwards.

Rimuovere il tappino ruotandolo in senso antiorario.
Remove the plug by rotating it anticlockwise.

Premere il pulsante ed estrudere il fluido fino ad ottenere omogeneità fra “BASE” E “CATALYST”.
Press the pushbutton and extrude the fluid until homogeneity between “BASE” and “CATALYST” is obtained.

Inserire il puntale di miscelazione ruotando il supporto in senso orario
Insert the mixing tip by rotating the support anticlockwise.
FASI DI LAVORO - STAGES OF THE WORK CYCLE

Posizionare il recipiente per la duplicazione.
Positioning duplicating can.

Estrudere il materiale premendo il pulsante di azionamento
Extrude the material by pressing the activation pushbutton.
3.C
E’ possibile direzionare il puntale durante l’estrusione
The tip can be directed during extrusion.

Continuare l’estrusione del silicone fino al completo riempimento del contenitore.
Continue to extrude silicone until the can is filled completely.
3.E
Attendere l’indurimento del silicone nel contenitore e spegnere la macchina
Wait for the silicone to harden in the can and switch off the machine.
SOSTITUIRE IL PUNTALE DI MISCELAZIONE PRIMA DI OGNI ESTRUSIONE
REPLACE THE MIXING TIP BEFORE EVERY EXTRUSION
NON AZIONARE LA MACCHINA CON IL PUNTALE USATO O CON IL TAPPINO DI CHIUSURA
DO NOT ACTIVATE THE MACHINE WITH A USED TIP OR WITH THE SAFETY PLUG
