Nata nel 2014 da un gruppo di professionisti accomunati dalla passione
per il mondo del vino e da un medesimo ambito lavorativo - quello della
progettazione architettonica e della pratica edilizia - FARECANTINE
si colloca sul mercato quale punto di riferimento per la realizzazione
di cantine vitivinicole, strutture ricettive ad esse connesse e, in scala più
ampia, per la consulenza progettuale sostenibile. Un sistema, quello del
mondo vitivinicolo, complesso che oggi più che mai necessita di un network
integrato di professionisti in grado di supportare i produttori nel loro
percorso, dall’ideazione della cantina - individuazione dei siti idonei alla
sua costruzione, valutazione delle caratteristiche ambientali quali terreno,
esposizione alla luce naturale, aerazione - alla progettazione e realizzazione
finali.
A questa fase FARECANTINE affianca un know-how altamente
specializzato nella consulenza per l’ottenimento di certificazioni di qualità
(ISO 9001), nella gestione operativa della cantina, in quella ambientale
relativa ai terreni, nell’individuazione della figura di RSPP - Responsabile
Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione, fino alla formazione del personale
Intervenendo sull’intera filiera del mondo vitivinicolo più che su singoli
aspetti progettuali o di advisorship, FARECANTINE opera nel pieno rispetto
della sostenibilità ambientale e progettuale. Un approccio quanto mai
necessario per un settore che alla Natura deve il suo prodotto finale.
FARECANTINE was set up in 2014 by a group of professionals who have
in common a passion for the wine sector and who work in the same field:
architecture design and building. FARECANTINE is a reference point on the
market for the building of wineries and related accommodation facilities and
on a larger scale for sustainable design consultancy.
The wine growing and wine producing sector is a complex system requiring
today more than ever an integrated network of professionals who can support
producers along their way from the very first idea of a winery to find the most
suitable site for the building, to assess the environmental characteristics such
as ground, exposure to natural light and airing, to the design stage and final
building.
In this stage FARECANTINE provides its expertise as it is specialised
in consultancy for the award of quality certifications (ISO 9001), in the
operational management of a winery, environmental management of the
land, in finding the right person to be in charge of the Prevention and
Protection Service (RSPP) and it can also deal with staff training.
As FARECANTINE takes care of the whole wine growing and wine
producing business and not only of single design aspects or consultancies,
it fully complies with environmental and design sustainability. This kind
of approach is unavoidable in a sector where the final product comes from
Nature itself.

growing and wine making areas.

Geometra, si occupa di aspetti procedurali, analisi di
fattibilità tecniche, gestione delle risorse operative durante
le fasi del processo edilizio: direzione lavori, collaudo e
disciplina dei finanziamenti. / He is a surveyor dealing with
operational aspects, technical feasibility studies, resource
management in the various building stages: he is site
engineer, carries out tests and manages costs.

Installation and energy expert
Ingegnere esperto nel settore dell’impiantistica civile ed
industriale e nel campo della climatizzazione, del recupero
energetico, dell’antincendio. È progettista e direttore dei
lavori in questi settori. / He is an engineer working in the
sector of home and plant engineering, air-conditioning,
energy saving and reuse and fire protection. He works as
designer and site engineer in these sectors.

He is a surveyor. He is in charge of energy performance
tests of buildings, technology systems with thermographic
analysis and measurement of air infiltration. He also takes
care of planimetric and altimetric surveys and land register
paperwork.

safety at work, environment and ecology, quality and
management systems. He cooperates with designers and site
managers from the beginning of the process and contributes
to the following operation of the winery.

sostenibilità per cantine vitivinicole” presentato durante il WineWorld Economic
Forum di Merano dall’architetto Mariadonata Bancher dell’Agenzia per
l’Energia Alto Adige - Casa che riassumono i vantaggi dell’architettura
sostenibile in un periodo di trasformazione delle politiche energetiche.

FARECANTINE applies the principles described in the “Sustainability
Protocol for wineries” introduced at the WineWorld Economic Forum
of Merano (Italy) by architect Mariadonata Bancher of the Agenzia per
l’Energia Alto Adige – Casa. This document summarizes the advantages of
sustainable architecture in the age of transformation of energy policies.
