The SEP 900 was conceived as a special machine for washing bullet trains on the go.
Equipaggiata con motore diesel a basso impatto ambientale, trazione e servizi oleodinamici e di serbatoio acqua da ca.
1000 litri. Progettata per l’impiego in ambiente ferroviario
unisce caratteristiche di robustezza, minima manutenzione,
comfort e maneggevolezza.
Oltre alla regolazione in altezza, la fuoriuscita automatica
della spazzola durante la fase di lavoro e il sistema di controllo della pressione sulla superficie da lavare, permettono un
perfetto adattamento alla sagoma del treno.
Cabina, vano motore, serbatoi e protezioni paraschizzi sono
costruiti in acciaio inossidabile.
Diverse tipologie di spazzola e allestimenti speciali possono essere forniti per rispondere a esigenze specifiche.
Shunting Million dollar trains at a snail’s pace to (and through) fixed
wash portals, while clocking time on rolling stock AND engineers,
burns money fast. The SEP 900 solution combines modern features
for washing trains inexpensively from platform or track level. It features a latest generation diesel engine with low pollution impact,
hydraulic traction, approx. 1000 Litres water tank, acid base detergent applicator circuit and a second optional brush. Designed exclusively for the extreme service requirements in railway yards, including crossing tracks, the SEP 900 has a height adjustable brush with
a pressure control system to maintain optimal contact with the car
surface being washed. Cab, engine compartment, water tank and
brush shroud are all made of stainless steel, providing a durable,
fast machine which will ‘go to the train’ saving time and money.
