Avec la technologie développée par

être supprimé, réduisant ainsi le nombre de
composants et par conséquent le risque de

I generatori sono sottoposti, durante il loro
funzionamento, a carichi radiali/assiali che
dipendono dal tipo di accoppiamento e
dall’applicazione.
In sede di richiesta di offerta è sempre
opportuno trasmettere a SICMEMOTORI i
carichi ai quali i generatori saranno sottoposti
e, se possibile, un disegno della catena
cinematica.
During their working, generators are
subjected to radia/axial loads, that depend
from the type of coupling and from the
application.
It is advisable to transmit to SICMEMOTORI,
at the inquiry stage, the loads that will be
applied to the generators and, if possible, a
drawing of the generator-blade kinematic
chain.
Les génératrices son soumises, pendant leur
fonctionnement,
à
des
charges
radiales/axiales qui dépendent du type
d’accouplement et de l’application.
En cours de demande d’offre il est toujours
important de transmettre à SICMEMOTORI
les charges auxquelles les génératrices
seront soumises avec, si possible, un plan de
la chaine cinématique.

Per alcune applicazioni, è richiesto
l’accoppiamento diretto del generatore alla
pala
dell’impianto
eolico,
senza
l’interposizione di giunti.
In tal caso, il generatore deve poter
sopportare gli sforzi assiali e radiali che
provengono dall’aerogeneratore.
Sul lato accoppiamento del generatore viene
montato un cuscinetto a doppia corona di
sfere.

For some application, the direct coupling
between generator and blade is requested,
with no coupling between them.
Pour certaines applications, il est demandé
l’accouplement direct de la génératrice aux
pales de l’implantation éolique, sans
l’intermédiaire d’un accouplement. Dans un
tel cas, la génératrice doit pouvoir supporter
les efforts axiaux et radiaux qui proviendront
de l’aérogénérateur.
Un roulement à double couronne à billes sera
alors monté côté accouplement de la
génératrice.

In such a case, the generator must be able to
afford the axial and radial loads arriving from

migliore integrazione nella struttura meccanica dei Clienti.
L’ufficio tecnico della SICMEMOTORI è
disponibile per studiare assieme ai Clienti la
soluzione che meglio si adatta alle loro
necessità.
Statore: comprende il circuito magnetico, gli
avvolgimenti e la carcassa esterna.
Rotore: comprende il circuito magnetico, i
magneti e l’albero.
On request, rotor and stator only can be
supplied, in order to better integrate the
generator into the mechanical structure of the
Customer.
SICMEMOTORI’s technical office is fully
available to evaluate together with Customers
the better solution for their needs.
