PANORAMICA
Gli agenti di viaggio Sabre ConnectedSM possono cercare, prenotare e vendere i contenuti di Ryanair tramite i formati utilizzati di solito, alcune piccole
modifiche alla procedura di prenotazione di Sabre, la disponibilità integrata e i segmenti dei PNR. La soluzione di Ryanair utilizza Record Create per
la funzionalità di vendita e Sabre® Instant PurchaseSM per il pagamento diretto al vettore, integrato al back office dell'utente. La nostra funzionalità
consente di cercare, prenotare ed erogare gli Air Extras di Ryanair, ad esempio il bagaglio in stiva (BGAD), i posti e l'imbarco prioritario.
VISUALIZZAZIONE DELLE REGOLE TARIFFARIE DI RYANAIR

I voli di Ryanair hanno solo una classe di servizio, indicata da una Y (tariffa standard/regolare)

Ryanair accetta le seguenti valute: CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HUF, LTL, MAD, NOK, PLN, SEK e USD.
 Nel caso in cui vengano utilizzate altre valute si riceverà l'errore CURRENCY NOT SUPPORTED

Non è possibile eseguire una quotazione di Ryanair insieme ad altre compagnie aeree
 In tal caso la risposta di quotazione sarà PRICING REQUEST CAN NOT BE COMBINED
AIR EXTRAS
Ryanair offre servizi Air Extras relativi a bagagli, posti a sedere, strumenti musicali, equipaggiamento sportivo, imbarco prioritario e assistenza
speciale (PRM) per il trasporto di persone con disabilità e mobilità ridotta. Si consiglia di dare un'occhiata a queste note prima di effettuare operazioni
di ricerca, quotazione o prenotazione:

Gli Air Extras sono opzionali per tutti i passeggeri prenotati nella classe Y.

Se non si associa l'Air Extra desiderato a una determinata tratta, esso verrà associato a tutti i segmenti del PNR.

È possibile aggiungere degli Air Extras solamente durante la creazione di un PNR.

È possibile utilizzare i formati di quotazione già esistenti per quotare gli Air Extras assieme ai segmenti di volo.

Tutti gli Air Extras NON SONO RIMBORSABILI.

Il sistema crea automaticamente delle righe contabili relative al fornitore degli Air Extras.

È possibile utilizzare il formato manuale DIN per inviare gli Air Extras e le righe contabili delle tariffe aeree al proprio back office.

Ryanair consente a ogni passeggero di trasportare al massimo 2 bagagli per tratta, secondo le seguenti combinazioni: 15kg; 20kg; 15kg +
15kg; 15kg + 20kg.
 Il peso massimo complessivo consentito per i bagagli è di 35 chilogrammi per tratta e passeggero; se si tenta di richiedere di trasportare
più di quanto consentito si riceverà l’errore AIR EXTRAS REQUESTED EXCEED MAXIMUM ALLOWED

Ryanair consente il trasporto di 2 articoli di equipaggiamento sportivo, 2 articoli di attrezzatura da sci, 2 articoli ingombranti di
equipaggiamento sportivo, 2 biciclette, 2 articoli di attrezzatura da golf, uno strumento musicale o un articolo di accessori per
neonato/bambino per tratta e passeggero; se si tenta di richiedere di trasportare più di quanto consentito si riceverà l‘errore AIR EXTRAS
REQUESTED EXCEED MAXIMUM ALLOWED

Nel messaggio di quotazione sono definiti il numero di bagagli e la relativa associazione al nome passeggero.

Le assegnazioni parziali di posti sono consentite da Ryanair.

Durante l'esecuzione dei formati di shopping (WPNI’AE o JR con AE) il sistema non visualizza gli Air Extras, ma mostra il banner AIR
EXTRAS NOT APPLICABLE OR ARE UNKNOWN FOR THIS ITINERARY

Ryanair offre il servizio di imbarco prioritario, che consente di salire sul velivolo prima degli altri passeggeri.
 Il servizio di imbarco prioritario è gratuito per tutti i clienti che acquistano un posto Premium (file da 1 a 7 e 16 e 17). Se si tenta di
aggiungere un servizio di imbarco prioritario, la risposta di quotazione visualizzata sarà PRIORITY BOARDING NOT APPLICABLE
 È possibile aggiungere l'imbarco prioritario per persona e per tratta se il passeggero ha acquistato un posto normale. Si ricorda che,
quando si acquista l'imbarco prioritario, è necessario acquistarlo per tutti i passeggeri inclusi nella prenotazione, altrimenti, durante la

ricorda che è possibile inserire come SSR tutti i servizi relativi a sedie a rotelle, WCAP escluso):
 WCHR - Assistenza (partenza e arrivo) attraverso l'aeroporto fino al gate d'imbarco
 WCHS - Assistenza (partenza e arrivo) attraverso l'aeroporto e su/giù per le scale dell'aeromobile
 WCLB - Sedia a rotelle/scooter con batteria al litio
 WCAP - Richiesta di sedia a rotelle in aeroporto
 WCBD - Sedia a rotelle/scooter con batteria a secco/gel
 WCHC – Assistenza all'interno dell'aeroporto (partenza e arrivo) e durante il trasporto dentro e fuori dall'aeromobile fino al posto a bordo
 WCMP - Utilizzo della propria sedia a rotelle

Ryanair offre i seguenti servizi di assistenza speciale (PRM) per il trasporto di persone con disabilità e mobilità ridotta come SSR, che
verranno inseriti nel campo AE a titolo informativo:
 BDGR - Passeggero che viaggia con un cane guida e necessita di un deambulatore (partenza e arrivo) all'interno dell'aeroporto fino
all'aeromobile
 BLDP - Passeggero non vedente o ipovedente che non richiede assistenza
 BLND - Passeggero non vedente o ipovedente che necessita di un deambulatore (partenza e arrivo) all'interno dell'aeroporto fino
all'aeromobile
 DEAF - Passeggero non udente e richiede istruzioni di sicurezza separate a bordo dell'aeromobile
 DPNA - Passeggero autosufficiente con disabilità intellettiva che necessita di assistenza all'interno dell'aeroporto (partenza e arrivo) fino
alla porta d'imbarco.
 PETC - Passeggero che viaggia con un cane guida ma che non richiede servizi di assistenza speciale
CREAZIONE DI UNA PRENOTAZIONE
Visualizzazione dei voli di Ryanair tra quelli delle altre compagnie
aeree nella disponibilità per coppia di città (CPA).

La disponibilità di Ryanair indica il numero dei posti a sedere
disponibili.
 Quando è presente un 9 accanto alla classe Y significa che
il volo è disponibile e che la risposta è stata ricevuta
direttamente dal sistema di Ryanair.
 Quando è presente un 4 accanto alla classe Y significa che
il volo è disponibile e che la risposta è stata inviata in
risposta dal sistema Sabre. Il segmento può comunque
essere venduto e, durante la quotazione, il sistema
verificherà lo status attuale del volo (nel caso sia aperto o
chiuso).

Utilizzare i formati di quotazione per visualizzare le informazioni di
quotazione (tariffa base e totale delle tasse in XT incluse). Ogni tariffa
di Ryanair è comprensiva di tasse/fee.

I tipi passeggeri supportati da Ryanair sono adulto (ADT),
bambino (CHD) e infant (INF).
 Tutti gli altri tipi passeggero verranno sostituiti da ADT.

Per i bambini tra 2 e 11 anni in viaggio dal Regno Unito viene
attualmente applicato uno sconto e, di conseguenza, dalla
tariffa viene esclusa la tassa APD (Air Passenger Duty) per la
tratta che ha origine nel Regno Unito.

Ryanair consente la quotazione di due soli segmenti in un
PNR; se si tenta di quotare un numero maggiore di segmenti
verrà visualizzato il messaggio di errore MAXIMUM
SEGMENTS EXCEEDED FOR ETR CARRIER

Tutti i formati WP, WPNC e WPNCB invieranno in risposta la
tariffa applicabile alla classe di servizio prenotata.

Quando si effettua una prenotazione utilizzando una carta di
credito come forma di pagamento, la risposta di quotazione
include la fee di elaborazione del pagamento (2%).

La risposta di quotazione include la fee di amministrazione
"AA" per ogni segmento e ogni passeggero per settore.

Non è possibile cancellare segmenti di voli Ryanair, e tariffe, fee e
supplementi non sono rimborsabili; il passeggero può tuttavia
richiedere in forma scritta il rimborso della tassa governativa pagata,
inviando il documento entro un mese dalla data del viaggio.

Alla chiusura della transazione verrà visualizzato il
messaggio di avviso UNABLE TO PROCESS CANCEL –
CTC CARRIER.

Tentare nuovamente di chiudere la transazione per far in
modo che la cancellazione venga accettata dal sistema

Sabre and Ryanair signed a distribution agreement to provide travel agencies in Europe with Ryanair
fares and content via the Sabre® GDS. Sabre’s technical solution is now developed and travel agencies in
Europe will have access to Ryanair’s fares and content via the Sabre® GDS from 28 May 2015.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q1-Why is Ryanair not available to all subscribers?
Ryanair only allows agencies in the following countries Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia,
Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece,
Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon,

Upon an availability or schedule request, Sabre will validate the requested market and display Ryanair
(FR) flights integrated with other airlines (OA). Ryanair (FR) flights will display in Y class with a numeric
value next to it. Authorized users will be able to book from availability.
IA denotes Interactive Availability.

Q1-Are there new entries to display city pair availability for Ryanair?
Authorized Sabre travel agents will use existing city pair availability (CPA) entries, including carrier
specific request for Ryanair flights.
Q2-Does Ryanair support direct access interactive or Direct Access (DAI or DA)?
No, Ryanair does not support EDIFACT, Teletype communication protocols or Terminal emulation
capabilities.
Q3-Can I force a connection when I request Ryanair availability?
Ryanair does not file connections with Innovata, thus no connections will be displayed.
Q4-How far in advance can I view Ryanair (FR) flights?
Ryanair schedules can be viewed 362 days in advance.
Q5-How are itineraries filed by Ryanair (FR)?
Ryanair itineraries will be filed by One Way and Roundtrip.
Q6-What flight types will or will not be allowed?
Only Direct /Non-Stop (point-to-point) will be allowed. No interlining or connecting flights allowed.

Q2-What does the /RCRQ means at the end of the sold segment?
RC stands for ‘Record Create’ an XML sell function and RQ means on request.
Q3-Can I waitlist FR flights?
No. Waitlist is not supported at this time, consequently it has been restricted in Sabre. If the user
attempts to waitlist or sell an open segment an error response will be returned.

No. Open segment is not supported by Ryanair, consequently it has been restricted in Sabre. If the user

Yes, integrated itineraries are allowed for Ryanair and other airlines.
Q6-Does HK mean confirm segment status?
Yes.
PRICING
Q1-What differences will I see when pricing FR segments?
While the pricing experience for Ryanair may have the look and feel of Sabre pricing, there are some
subtle differences that will be highlighted below:

WP, WPNCB, and WPNC will generate the same pricing request to Ryanair, consequently the
pricing response may be the same

All Sabre pricing qualifiers may be used for Ryanair pricing. However, all will generate the same
API pricing call to Ryanair, thus the pricing response may be the same.

All Ryanair’s fares are point to point, meaning no thru fares.

Ryanair supports passenger types ADT, CHD and INF.

Maximum passengers in an itinerary is 25

The credit card information must be entered in the PNR with the 5-* in order to get the most
accurate fare for the itinerary being priced

All Ryanair segments must be priced (WP) and stored (PQ) prior to the fulfillment request.

PNRs may contain Ryanair and other airline flights. However, an agent must segment select the
pricing command when pricing Ryanair flights. If an attempt is done to price OA and FR an error
will return

At pricing Ryanair will verify if the space is available. If it’s not available, the error response below
will be returned and the agent will need to cancel and book an alternate flight

Q1-Can I shop using different currency codes?
Yes, Ryanair supports: CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HUF, LTL, MAD, NOK, PLN, SEK and USD
currency codes. All shopping requests containing a non-supported currency will not return Ryanair
options.
Q2-How can I shop an itinerary if my country’s currency code is not supported by Ryanair?
You will need to use the currency override shopping entry (WPNI‡MGBP) using a currency code
supported by Ryanair in order to get a shopping response.
PAYMENT
Q1-How do I enter my form of payment?
Using existing remarks entry (5-*) to enter the credit card number and expiration date.
Q2-What additional credit card information do you need in the PNR?
Ryanair requires the credit cardholder’s name and the credit cardholder’s billing address
Such information can be entered into the PNR using the CC/N entries or mask (CC/)
Q3-Do I need to obtain approval for the credit card being use, prior to sending an instant purchase
request?
No. Ryanair as the merchant will be responsible for the credit card validation and obtaining the approval
code. Please make sure that the credit card number and expiration date is entered in the PNR using
remarks (5-* ).
Q4-Which credit cards are accepted by Ryanair?
While there are several credit cards accepted by Ryanair, there may be some not accepted in Sabre. At

Yes, only for those credit cards that have a CSC in the back.

Q4-Can I see my instant purchase transactions in the audit trail?
No. All direct payment transactions are not recorded in the audit trail

Q1-Can I make changes to an already confirmed booking ?
No. All changes need to be made directly with the Ryanair.
