Belonging to the third generation of entrepreneurs of his family, he started in 1977 in his family's
business, located in Rezzato (BS - Italy), continuing at the same time to attend university and
getting his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. Under his lead, the
business founded in 1919 by his maternal grandfather has developed into an worldwide group with
over 3,000 employees and a turnover of 570 million Euros in 2012. OMR's core business is parts
and components for the automotive, industrial vehicles and heavy equipment industries. The
company also operates in the health, real estate and financial services sectors. As regards the
company's core business, OMR's main clients are Ferrari, FIAT Chrysler and VW Audi, Mercedes,
BMW, General Motors, Ford, Renault, Peugeot, Iveco, John Deer, Dana, Caterpillar, Rotax,
Piaggio, Same and CNH. OMR started its internationalization process in 1998 with Brazil, and
Morocco later on in the same year, and continued with India in 2007, China in 2008, Indianapolis in
2015. Today OMR has 9 production facilities in Italy (3 in Lombardy, 3 in Emilia, 1 in Piedmont
and 1 in Trentino) and 6 abroad (3 in Brazil, 1 in Morocco, 1 in China e 1 in India).
