Istruzioni Ritiro Pacchetto Highway Unicorn e per accesso allo Show.
Il pacchetto include:
* Un biglietto per un posto a sedere di primo prezzo per il concerto di Lady Gaga ‘The Born This
Way Ball’. (solo per coloro che in fase di acquisto hanno scelto come modalità di consegna il Ritiro
sul luogo)
* Un regalo esclusivo per ogni cliente, che verrà consegnato la sera dello concerto.
* Un pass laminato, souvenir ‘The Born This Way Ball’ tour.
* Staff dedicato.
CHECK-IN:
Il giorno dello show potrete ritirare il pacchetto prenotato on line presso la Biglietteria (il box office
è situato accanto ai cancelli di ingresso).
A partire dalle ore 17.30.
Assicuratevi di avere un documento d’identità, l’e-mail di conferma dell’ordine inviata da
TicketOne e per coloro che in fase di acquisto hanno scelto come modalità di consegna il Corriere
Espresso, il biglietto del concerto.
Qualora l’acquirente originario non potesse recarsi al concerto, e il check-in/ritiro dei biglietti
dovesse avvenire da parte di terzi sarà necessario presentare:
• la delega scritta da parte dell’intestatario dell’ordine,
• la fotocopia del documento di identità dell’intestatario dell’ordine,
• il documento di identità della persona delegata e e-mail di conferma inviata da TicketOne oppure
ID ordine per gli acquisti effettuati tramite Call Center.
Attenzione! Il check-in dovrà essere effettuato anche da coloro i quali sono già in possesso dei
biglietti spediti con Corriere Espresso.
MERCHANDISE:
Riceverete il vostro regalo e il pass laminato al momento del Check in. Il pass laminato è un “pass
ricordo” che non dà diritto ad accedere nè al concerto né al backstage.

Instructions for the pick-up of Highway Unicorn Package and for the access at the venue.
Your package includes:
* One top priced seated ticket to see Lady Gaga live in concert on ‘The Born This Way Ball’(only
for those that, during the shopping process, have chosen to collect the tickets at the venue Box
Office)
* Exclusive ‘The Born This Way Ball’ tour gift for each guest (handed out on show night)
* Souvenir ‘The Born This Way Ball’ tour laminate
* Onsite event management staff
SHOW DATE : 2 October 2012
VENUE : Mediolanum Forum, MILAN
CHECK-IN :
On the day of the show, please proceed to the merchandise collection point located at
BIGLIETTERIA (the box office near the main entrance).
Package and merchandise collection is available from 17:30.
Please ensure you bring with you your an identity document, the order email confirmation and the
concert tickets (for those who already have them)
If the original purchaser is not attending the concert, and you are collecting the package for a third
party you will need :
• written proxy of the order,
• a photocopy of the identity of the purchaser,
• a document of identity of proxy and e-mail confirmation sent by TicketOne or ID order for
purchases made through the Call Center
Attention! The Check–in will have to be done also by those who have already their tickets.
MERCHANDISE :
You will receive the tour gift and laminate at Check-In. Please note that the collectible laminate is
commemorative only and does not gain or authorize you to access into the venue or backstage.
