We are now looking for a Finance, Accounting and Administration Director for Gipharma.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Finance and Accounting and Administration Director is responsible for all finance, accounting and
administrative aspects of the company. She/He is responsible for establishing the financial statements as per
local requirements and also in IFRS as required for consolidation purposes, managing and developing the
finance and accounting team, annual budgets, finance and investment management, long-term financial
planning, implementation of a new accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics AX), corporate compliance
including contribution to the company-wide SOX compliance project and reporting to group management.
Specifically, the activity is focused on:

Identifying and implementing process improvements and SOX initiatives
Establishing monthly / quarterly and annual financial reports and statements as well as related
support for tax reporting purposes
Managing the process of establishing the annual budget and quarterly forecasts

Optimising cash management
The position, which reports directly to the Managing Director of AAA Italy, offers significant development
potential within the AAA Group of companies.
Qualifications and Competencies
-
University degree in business administration (Master level), preferably with a focus on accounting
Ideally previous experience as Finance, Accounting and/or Audit Director in a company with
international operations; relevant work experience outside of Italy is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong and applied knowledge of IFRS
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in the use of ERP systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage)
Italian native language
Strong command of English language is an absolute must (orally and written)
French language skills a plus
