Will Golden Bears kick him in NFL?
Tavecchio from Lombardy might be first Italian to play with the Pros
Italian kicker Giorgio Tavecchio played a top level championship in his
last year at Berkeley University. On August, 24th 2008 his career began as
starting kicker against Michigan State to end with the Holyday Bowl vs
Texas.
After the University he looks at NFL: “I'm evaluating all possibilities”,
Giorgio says. “This is an experience I can delete from my memory. I can't
miss to take a look at NFL or CFL. My dream? To play for Italian Blue
Team”

Gianluca Santagostino in the World Team
Gianluca Santagostino left Italy on last January, 26th to reach World Team in Austin,
Texas. This year the Milano Seamen wide receiver will represent Italy at the classic
USA-WORLD face-to-face. “Saying I'm so happy is quite obvious”, Gianluca said.
“Emotion is high, I'm honoured to represent Italy and FIDAF in this match. This is a
great opportunity for me to face other nation's players.” On the World's bench
another italian: Giorgio Longhi, of the Italian Coach Association and member of the
EFAF Coach Develpment Program, will be Defensive Assistant while Daniele Rossi,
is named as Defensive Back coach in the Development Team.
Gianluca Santagostino also played in 2011 first division championship and is member
both of the Italian Senior National Team, the Blue Team, and the U 19 National Team

Daniele’s sport career starts in
swimming pool. In 1994 he began play
football for Rhinos Milano and, for one year, with Lions Bergamo.
In 2009 he also weared the blue tricot of the Italian National Team
during the European Football Championship in Austria.

around one year ago and now is
following the planned path.

"joint-venture" for the
development of american football.
Frasco, who played in Italy across
'80 and '90 for Frogs and Phoenix,
come back last year for two well
followed camps in Milan and
Monza.
The Camp is the "QBReceivers
Camp 125" and Fidaf can count
of a number of "all inclusive spot
places" at a very special price,
excluding only the flight to Los
Angeles and the ticket to
Disneyland.
