Specifications
• Materials: LDPE and blends with LLDPE, mLLDPE, EVA,
HDPE and MDPE. coPP for all the layers.
• Lay-flat: up to 1850 mm trimmed, tubular film 1900 mm
• Thickness range: 20 µm ÷ 200 µm
• Output: 400 kg/h

• 13-component loss-in-weight dosing system
• 1 extruder Ø 85 mm for core layer
• 2 extruders Ø 65 mm for side layers
• Coextrusion 3-layer die head with installed die Ø 300 mm and
IBC system
• 8 ultrasound sensors for automatic width control
• High efficiency cooling ring
• Automatic thickness measuring and adjusting system
• Bubble guiding cage
• Rotating take-off 2000 mm roller width with torque motors and
