REGOLAMENTO PER IL NOLEGGIO
Noleggio Mountain-Bike
•Al momento del noleggio ogni persona deve esibire un documento d’identità, comunicando anche l’indirizzo esatto di
dove alloggia e un recapito telefonico.
•Il noleggio della mountain-bike va pagato alla partenza.
•Eventuali danni riscontrati alla riconsegna della mountain-bike sono da pagare immediatamente e solo in contanti.
•Ogni mountain-bike viene fornita con una camera d’aria, n. 3 levagomme, pompa, casco, eventuale mappa della
zona:seggiolini porta bambini sono disponibili a richiesta.
•Durante il noleggio è assolutamente obbligatorio l’uso del casco, ben allacciato per evitare lo scivolamento e/o la perdita
dello stesso in caso di incidente.
•La mountain-bike noleggiata deve essere usata esclusivamente per lo scopo indicato e non può essere affidata né riaffittata
a terzi.
•I clienti sono tenuti a rispettare segnali stradali, traffico pedonale, altri mezzi di trasporto e le regole del Codice Stradale
Italiano; i clienti si fanno carico di qualunque responsabilità per eventuali danni a proprietà, cose o persone nonché dei
danni alla mountain-bike stessa, durante il periodo del noleggio.

RENTAL REGULATIONS
•At the moment of renting every person has to show a personal document, to make known the exact address where he/
she lives and a phone number.
•The mountain bike rental is to be paid at the start.
•At the return of the mountain bike are eventually damages to be paid immediately and only in cash.
•Every mountain bike is provided with inner tube, n. 3 remover of rubbers, pump, safety helmet, eventually a map of the
area; child’s chair are at disposal on demanding.
•The use of the safety helmet is mandatory during the rental, it has to be well fasten together to avoid its sliding and/
or loss in case of accident.
•The mountain bike must be used exclusively for the suitable aim and cannot be entrusted or rented again to thirds.
•The customers have to respect road signs, pedestrian traffic, other veichles and the rules of the Italian road code;
the customers are responsible for every possible damage to properties, objects or persons as well as damages to the
mountain bike itself, during the rental time.
FAHRRADVERLEIHORDNUNG
•Beim Fahrradverleih muss jede Person ein Personalausweis vorzeigen, die genaue Adresse wo sie wohnt u. eine
Telefonnummer mitteilen.
•Der Mountainbike Verleih ist am Abfahrt zu bezahlen.
•Am Zurückgeben des Mountainbikes sind eventuelle Schaden gleich u. nur in Bar zu bezahlen.
•Jedes Mountainbike ist mit einem Schlauch, n. 3 Reifen Heber, Luftpumpe, Helm, evtl. Mappe vom Ort ausgestattet;
Kinderstühlchen sind auf Anfrage zur Verfügung.
•Während des Verleih ist die Benutzung des Schutzhelms unbedingt verbindlich, gut zugeschnallt um das Gleiten und/oder
der Verlust bei Umfälle zu vermeiden.
•Der mietete Mountainbike muss ausschließlich nur für das bezeichnete Zweck benutzt werden u. kann nicht zu Dritten
anvertrauen oder vermietet werden.
•Die Kunden sind verpflichtet die Verkehrszeichen, der Fußgängerverkehr, andere Verkehrsmitteln u. die italienische
Straßenverkehrsordnung zu beachten; die Kunden sind für evtl. Schaden zu Privateigentum, Gegenstände oder Personen
sowie Schaden zu dem Mountainbike während des Verleih verantwortlich.
