La ceramica dentale a bassa temperatura ha avuto, da sempre, una
motivazione tecnico-estetica interessante: parlando di metallo-ceramica,
il poter lavorare masse aventi temperature di cottura inferiori allo
standard permetteva un uso più sereno della struttura metallica che
veniva meno stressata termicamente.
Purtroppo negli anni il sistema Low Fusing, oltre che per indiscusse
caratteristiche estetiche, diventò sinonimo di leghe gialle ad alto contenuto
aureo e, quindi, molto costoso.
In metal - ceramic, the low fusing dental ceramic has been always having
an interesting technical-aesthetic reason: working ceramic masses at a
lower temperature allows to stress thermally the metal structure less.
Unfortunately, during the years the Low Fusing system became
synonimous not only of aesthetic features but also of “high gold yellow
alloys” i.e. expensive.

Con Performance oggi si può disporre, finalmente, di un sistema
innovativo ed al passo con i tempi: un’offerta completa di masse
ceramiche e lingottino (ceramica integrale e CPM – ceramica pressata
su metallo) coordinate al 100% nella cromaticità delle tinte.
Grazie allo sforzo del reparto Ricerca & Sviluppo della Nobil Metal
l’estetica delle ceramiche Low Fusing non è più “legata” a leghe a costo
elevato. Una vasta gamma di leghe (sia per la tecnica convenzionale
che pressata – CPM) è oggi disponibile nell’offerta Nobil Metal.
È addirittura possibile scegliere leghe Ag-Pd con costi simili ai sistemi
offerti dalle leghe non preziose!!!
E, per finire, un rivestimento unico per fondere, pressare (ceramica
integrale e CPM) dalle proprietà particolari: PVF Nobil Metal.
With Performance, today it is available an innovative and modern
system: a complete range of ceramic masses and pellets (all ceramic and
CPM - ceramic pressed to metal) 100% shade matched.
Thanks to Nobil Metal R&D efforts and research the aesthetic of Low
Fusing Ceramics is no more combined with expensive alloys. A wide
range of alloys (suitable to conventional and pressed techniques CPM)
is now available by Nobil Metal. It is even possible to choose Pd-Ag
based alloys with prices close to NP metals !!! To complete the offer, an
unique investment to cast, press (all ceramic and CPM): PVF by
Nobil Metal.
Al passo con i tempi Up with the times
Le leghe proposte da Nobil Metal hanno brillantemente superato i vari
test previsti dalle attuali normative; in qualche caso hanno addirittura
mostrato dati superiori in valore assoluto rispetto alle leghe convenzionali
per ceramica (PFM).
Tali caratteristiche permettono di fare affidamento con una certa serenità
sulla soluzione Performance: un sistema completo, altamente estetico e di
sicuro affidamento.

The alloys offered by Nobil Metal have successfully passed the tests required
by the standards and in some case they showed better results (absolute
value) than PFM conventional ceramics. These features allow to rely on
Performance: a complete system, highly aesthetic and safe. A detailed
