surface. Profile resting on the entire base perimeter to prevent
areas of stagnation and accumulation of dirt. Presence of the
back hole to prevent water retention and dirt on the seat.

Seduta ribaltabile rispondente alle raccomandazioni FIFA/UEFA e omologata
FIBA. Composta da una struttura portante in poliammide rinforzato, design
moderno e pulito, sedile e schienale in polipropilene. Seduta ideale per zone
climatiche con forte grado di umidità o alta salinità, la struttura portante infatti è esente da metallo a vista. La caratteristica principale della seduta è la
ridotta dimensione della seduta in posizione di riposo, con solo 150 mm di ingombro, rendendo così possibile installare la seduta in gradoni di dimensioni
ridotte. Il ribaltamento del sedile avviene per gravità e per questo è esente da
manutenzioni. Nella struttura è inserito un apposito spazio per alloggiare il QR
CODE, rendendo la seduta multimediale per il fruitore, si può così accedere
alle notizie della gara e ad eventuali spazi promozionali scaricando comodamente tutti i dati sul proprio telefono cellulare. Possibilità di inserimento logo
Sponsor o Club da stampo, nel sotto sedile e nel retro schienale.

Tip-up seat which meets FIFA / UEFA recommendations and approved by FIBA.
Composed of a structure in reinforced polyamide, modern and clean design,
seat and back in polypropylene. The M2013 is ideal for climate areas with high
humidity or high salinity, the frame is in fact free of exposed metal. The main
characteristic of the seat are the reduced dimensions, 150 mm depth in folded
position, thus making it possible to install the seat on narrow steps. The tilting of
the seat is by gravity, thus being free from maintenance. In it is included a space
to house the QR code, becoming a mutimedia seat for the user, who will be
able to access the news of the game, and any promotional ads as well as easily
download all the data on his smartphone. Possibility to insert sponsor or club logo
under the seat and in the back.

Il rialzo per gradone è un’ottima soluzione per aumentare l’altezza di seduta degli spettatori sui gradoni,
quando l’altezza di seduta del sedile fissato direttamente a gradone risulta essere insufficiente.
E’ una proposta tecnica efficace sia per mantenere la curva di visibilità, che per rispettare la normativa
EN 13200 la quale raccomanda una altezza di minimo 400 mm ed un massimo di 450 mm.
La possibilità di inserire il rialzo in tinta e nello stesso materiale della monoscocca consente una
soluzione estremamente solida, antivandalo ed esteticamente gradevole.
La sua versatilità gli permette di essere compatibile con diverse sedute OMSI; è completamente
nervato interiormente.
Avendo la possibilità di sovrapposizione, può arrivare ad elevare la seduta di 100 mm dal gradone.
Il fissaggio avviene in diversi modi rispondendo alle esigenze di fissaggio più severe; le sedute OMSI
posate su questo sistema di rialzo mantengono inalterate le caratteristiche antivandalo, certificate
EN 12727 livello 4 severo.

Omsi spacer is an excellent solution to raise the height of the spectators seats on the steps, when it turns
out not to be sufficient with the seats fixed directly on the steps.
Our technical proposal is effective to keep both the visibility curve, and the compliance with the standard
EN 13200, which recommends a minimum height of 400 mm, and a maximum of 450 mm.
The possibility of manufacturing the spacer in the same colors and materials of the shell, provides an
extremely robust, vandal resistant, and aesthetically pleasing solution.
Completely ribbed in the internal part, it has the possibility to be used for different Omsi seats, and to be
overlapped, arriving to raise the seat of 100 mm from the step.
The fixing is done in different ways complying with the most demanding standards, furthermore the
Omsi seats installed with this solution, maintain,unaltered, the standard vandal proof features and
compliance with EN 12727 standards level 4 severe.

Il rialzo per gradone è un ottima soluzione per aumentare l’altezza
di seduta degli spettatori sui gradoni, quando l’altezza di seduta del
sedile fissato direttamente a gradone risulta essere insufficiente.
E’ una proposta tecnica efficace sia per mantenere la curva di visibilità,
che per rispettare la normativa EN 13200 la quale raccomanda una
altezza di minimo 400 mm ed un massimo di 450 mm.
Scegliere il rialzo in metallo risulta essere un’ottima soluzione quando
si rinnovano impianti datati e non si vuole appesantire il carico sulla
struttura, in quanto essendo scatolare ha un peso contenuto.
I trattamenti eseguiti a protezione del metallo, quali la zincatura a cald
e la cataforesi con verniciatura per esterni, offrono un effetto estetico
piacevole e garantiscono una tenuta decennale alla corrosione e alle
intemperie. Completamente chiuso su tutti i lati risulta essere antivandalo. La struttura metallica viene dimensionata a seconda delle esigenze del cliente, risolvendo così le più disparate situazioni di rialzo.

Omsi spacer is an excellent solution to raise the height of the spectators seats on the steps, when it turns out not to be sufficient with the

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Il presente catalogo Divisione Sport Omsi, ha validità 2 anni dalla
data di emissione, ed annulla e sostituisce tutte le precedenti emissioni.
This catalogue, Omsi Sports Division, is valid for 2 years from the
date of issue and cancels and replaces all previous issues.
COLORI SEDUTE DISPONIBILI NORMALMENTE A MAGAZZINO
La tipologia di seduta segnalata con una pallinatura colore, indica la
seduta ed il colore normalmente disponibile a magazzino.
STANDARD COLOURS IN STOCK
The type of seat indicated by a colored dot indicates the standard
color in stock.
QUANTITATIVO MINIMO
Per quanto riguarda il quantitativo minimo di sedute per colori non
standard, minimo 500 pezzi, per unico modello, e unico colore.
MINIMUM QUANTITY
The minimum number of seats for non-standard color is at least 500
pieces for one model and unique color.
ORDINE MINIMO
Per ordini inferiori ad euro 300 iva esclusa verrà applicato un sovrapprezzo del 8%.
MINIMUM ORDER
For orders less than 300 euros excluding VAT will be charged a surcharge of 8%.
PREZZI
I prezzi si intendono sempre Iva esclusa e materiale franco nostro
stabilimento.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA
I termini di consegna saranno concordati per ogni fornitura, così
come indicato sulla conferma d’ordine che viene inviata al cliente.
L’accettazione dell’ordine, sarà subordinata se concorcordato preventivamente, alla data del ricevimento del pagamento, e da tale
data cominceranno a decorrere i termini di consegna pattuiti.
Eventuali ritardi di consegna verranno comunicati appena possibile
al cliente, è esclusa la possibilità da parte del cliente di chiedere il
risarcimento danni per ritardata consegna. La merce viaggia sempre
a rischio e pericolo del cliente, anche quando la vendita è pattuita
franco destino.
CONTESTAZIONI
Le contestazioni devono pervenire per iscritto a Omsi srl entro il
termine tassativo di 8 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce.
Non verrà accettato alcun reclamo, successivo a detta data. Il cliente
dovrà porre a disposizione di Omsi srl la merce contestata per verificarne il difetto. Un incaricato Omsi srl prenderà visione di quanto
contestato. Eventuali ritardi nei pagamenti, faranno decadere ogni
garanzia.
PAGAMENTI
I pagamenti sono pattuiti in sede d’ordine, e confermati sulla conferma d’ordine, eventuali mancati pagamenti potranno determinare da
parte di Omsi srl l’esigere di ogni altro credito da parte del cliente.
VARIAZIONI
Omsi srl ha la facoltà di apportare modifiche ai modelli commercializzati, o riservare esclusive dei propri prodotti in qualsiasi momento ed
a suo giudizio insindacabile, pertanto eventuali forniture successive
alle modifiche non potranno avere le stesse caratteristiche. I cataloghi hanno carattere puramente illustrativo.
FORO COMPETENTE
Per qualsiasi contestazione relativa alla vendita è esclusivamente
competente il Foro di Bologna.
Qualora sia Omsi srl ad agire in giudizio,essa potrà adire sia il foro di
Bologna, che quello del domicilio del convenuto.
PRICES
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and the material is Ex Works.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The delivery will be agreed for each single order, as indicated on the
order confirmation sent to the customer. The confirmation of the order
will be subordinated, when agreed, to the date of receipt of payment,
and from that date will start the agreed terms of delivery. Any delays
in delivery will be communicated as soon as possible to the customer,
the customer is not entitled to claim damages for late delivery. The
goods always travel at the risk of the customer, even when the sale
is agreed carriage paid.
COMPLAINTS
Any disputes must be submitted in writing to Omsi srl within the strict
deadline of 8 days from the date of receipt of goods. No complaint will
be accepted, after that date. The customer must put at Omsi disposal
the damaged goods to make possible a double-check of the defects.
A responsible of Omsi will examine the dispute. Any late payments
will void any warranty.
PAYMENTS
The payments terms will be confirmed with the order confirmation.
Any missed payments could determine the request by Omsi of the
immediate payment of any other open issue (even if undue).
VARIATIONS
Omsi has the right to make changes to the models, or reserve exclusive of its products at any time and at its sole opinion, and therefore
any delivery occurring after said changes may not have the same
characteristics. The catalogue is purely illustrative.
JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to the sale, is exclusive jurisdiction of the Court
of Bologna.
If Omsi itself takes a legal action, it may refers either to the court of
Bologna or to defendant’s domicile.
