SINCE 1980: WE ARE STILL GROWING UP!
La storia di THERMOMAT inizia nel 1968 quando l’attuale titolare brevetta una delle prime cartucce termostatiche al mondo. Questa innovazione incontra il
favore dei tecnici più qualificati nonché delle aziende
che producono rubinetteria.

engineers and of the taps manufaturers.
Nel 1980 nasce THERMOMAT.
Le soddisfazioni professionali sono molte, e derivano anche dallo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti come, ad
esempio, il “regolatore di tiraggio”, articolo con il quale siamo tutt’ora leader europei, i miscelatori termostatici di tipo industriale, oppure brevetti altamente
innovativi come la valvola a 3 vie per applicazioni su
caldaie con produzione di acqua calda e tanti altri.
THERMOMAT non si ferma, anzi, continua a crescere
e ad evolversi: nel 1989 decide di sfidare nuovi mercati e inizia la produzione di “accessori per la sicurezza in bagno”.

Professional satisfactions have been many, they have
also come from the development of new products
such as, for example the “draught regulator”, an article for which we are still leader in Europe, the industrial mixers, or highly innovative patented products
such as the three way valve (for hot water production
boilers) and many others.
Thermomat does not stop here and goes on growing
and evolving: in 1989 we decide to challenge new
markets and start the production of “accessories for
the safety in the bathroom”.

our cartridge becomes European standard. This means that, at present, the measures of Thermomat cartridges are “models” for all the thermostatic cartridge
producers in Europe.

Con lo scopo di garantire ai propri clienti la migliore qualità, ciascuno dei nostri prodotti è sottoposto a una serie di
controlli e certificazioni prima di essere messo in vendita.
I nostri prodotti sono certificati CE e sono conformi alle prescrizioni della Direttiva Europea per i dispositivi medici. Tutti i
sanitari della nostra gamma vengono testati su perdite accidentali causate da microfessurazioni grazie ad una sofisticata
“prova del vuoto”. Ogni pezzo viene consegnato ai nostri clienti accompagnato da report di superamento del test e
identificato da un numero seriale che ne consente la rintracciabilità.
Le vasche con porta e i piatti doccia in materiale acrilico vengono prodotti in materiale ecologico e riciclabile e rinforzate
con Greensir una resina poliuretanica ad alta densità priva di aditivi tossici che, grazie alle sue caratteristiche di resistenza
meccanica, conferisce particolare durata ai prodotti in termoformato.
I nostri prodotti termostatici sono testati singolarmente tramite un banco di prova e collaudo per rubinetteria e miscelatori
di ultima generazione che effettua la taratura e le prove di sicurezza per verificare che le cartucce siano rispondenti al
test “anti scottatura” secondo le principali norme tecniche internazionali. Il banco prova è inoltre un fondamentale
strumento di ricerca e sviluppo su ogni tipo di rubinetteria termostatica.
Eseguiamo controlli approfonditi per assicurare che l’imballaggio e lo stoccaggio siano conformi alle esigenza di
prodotto. Ci assicuriamo che il prodotto sia completo, privo di danni e assemblato correttamente.
Thermomat ha una percentuale di evasione entro due giorni dal ricevimento dell’ordine prossima al 90%, le vasche e i
prodotti con particolari caratteristiche di delicatezza viaggiano con trasporto assicurato e corrieri certificati di consolidata
esperienza.
Da tempo ormai Thermomat si batte per la salvaguardia dell’ambiente prevedendo un monitoraggio costante di tutte le
attività che hanno un impatto su di esso. Questo ci impone il mantenimento di impianti sempre efficienti che consentano

Certified products and quality testing for the utmost reliability of the products.
In order to grant to our customers the best quality, each of our products is subject to a series of tests and certifications
before being put on sale.
Our products are CE certified and comply with the requirements of the European Directive for medical devices.
All the sanitarywares included in our range of products are tested for leakages caused by micro-cracking thanks to a
sophisticated “vacuum test”. Each piece is shipped to our customers accompanied by a quality test certificate and
identified by a serial number that allows its traceability.
The acrylic walk-in bathtubs and shower trays are made of an ecological and recyclable material and reinforced with
Greensir, a high-density polyurethane resin, free from toxic additives, which, due to its mechanical resistance, lends
particular duration to the thermoformed products.
Our thermostatic products are individually tested using a last generation test bench for taps and mixers that performs
calibration and safety testing to verify that the cartridges are responding to the “anti-scald” feature, according to the
main international standards. The test bench is also a fundamental tool for R&D offices for all types of thermostatic
valves. We perform thorough tests to ensure that the packaging and storage comply with the requirements of products.
We make sure that the product is complete, undamaged and properly assembled.
Thermomat can boast 90% of order fulfillment within two days from the receipt of the order, the bathtubs and the
products with special characteristics of fragility travel by secure transportation and certified couriers with consolidated
experience.

V-45° è la valvola termostatica antiscottatura Thermomat per la sicurezza in bagno.
V45° blocca automaticamente e istantaneamente l’erogazione dell’acqua in caso superi i 45°C. Questo permette di
evitare pericolose scottature, soprattutto a bambini e anziani.
V45° di Thermomat non ha bisogno di attrezzi né di idraulici per il montaggio. La valvola antiscottatura V45° è
universale e si avvita sul flessibile dell’asta doccia o all’uscita del gruppo miscelatore, oppure sul rubinetto del lavabo
dove esce l’acqua.
V45° si applica a qualsiasi marca e modello di doccia e rubinetteria.
Una volta interrotto il flusso dell’acqua sarà sufficiente chiudere il rubinetto e attendere pochi secondi per tornare al
normale funzionamento.

screw it on the shower rail or on the inlet of the mixer, or on the faucet of the sink from where the water comes out.

Once the flow is stopped it will be enough to close the tap and wait a few seconds to return to normal operation.

Come si installa?
Si installa semplicemente avvitandolo direttamente all’uscita del miscelatore e, se la temperatura dell'acqua supera per qualsiasi motivo i 45° C, interrompe
immediatamente ed automaticamente l'erogazione.
E una volta interrotto il flusso dell'acqua?
Sarà sufficiente chiudere il rubinetto e attendere pochi secondi per tornare al normale funzionamento.

How to install it?

MY-TIME® è il nuovo sistema THERMOMAT che rivoluziona la rubinetteria temporizzata a chiusura
automatica. MY-TIME® è un rubinetto elettronico che si attiva tramite il tocco grazie all’affidabile
tecnologia TOUCH-ME®.
Il risultato è una soluzione sicura ed affidabile che colma il vuoto fra rubinetteria meccanica ed
elettronica a sensore,rimpiazzando completamente e definitivamente la rubinetteria meccanica a
chiusura automatica!
Attivazione al tocco.
La facile attivazione a tocco di MY-TIME® lo rende l’ideale soluzione anche per chi ha difficoltà
nell’utilizzare rubinetteria tradizionale come bambini, disabili ed anziani.
Scarico dell’acqua stabile e preciso.
MY-TIME® assicura grande costanza nel tempo grazie alla gestione elettronica dell’acqua.
Le impurità dell’acqua, il calcare e l’usura deteriorano il meccanismo dei rubinetti a chiusura
automatica causando malfunzionamento e flusso non stabile e rendendo necessari continui
interventi di manutenzione anche poco tempo dopo l’installazione. Il tempo di erogazione
dell’acqua inoltre varia in base alla pressione di rete.

Il pulsante a spinta utilizzato nei normali rubinetti meccanici a chiusura automatica è un facile
bersaglio dei vandali e solo i modelli più costosi sono dotati di sistemi antibloccaggio per impedire
che il pulsante venga bloccato in posizione di apertura.
La linea MY-TIME®, oltre ad avere un design moderno, non ha parti esterne removibili ed ha un
sistema antibloccaggio integrato che lo rende inattaccabile da atti vandalici.
Risciacquo igienico automatico “Antilegionella”.
In fase di produzione il MY-TIME® può essere programmato per un risciacquo igienico opzionale
con un intervallo che può variare da 1 a 80 ore che consente di scaricare l’acqua stagnante nelle
tubazioni. Anche la durata del risciacquo può essere regolata a seconda delle necessità. Questo
ciclo assicura una efficace prevenzione alla diffusione della legionella.
Blocco Programmato.
Nel MY-TIME® è possibile definire un programma di bloccaggio per consentire l’utilizzo
dell’apparecchio solo in determinate ore della giornata. Questa funzione è particolarmente adatta
a luoghi ad alto rischio di vandalismo, spreco od abuso come ad esempio prigioni, caserme o
scuole. Ad un utente, può essere consentito di attivare una doccia solo dopo due ore rispetto
ad un precedente utilizzo, una toilette dopo ogni ora o un lavabo ogni 20 minuti. Il tempo di
bloccaggio è flessibile e può essere determinato su richiesta del cliente.

MY-TIME® is the new THERMOMAT system that brings revolution into the world of self closing time
taps. MY-TIME® is an electronic tap activated simply by touch thanks to the proved TOUCHME®
technology.
The result is a safe and reliable solution that fills the gap existing between mechanical taps and
electronic sensor operated faucets, completely and definitively sweeping away the old self closing
mechanical taps!
Activation by touch.
The easy MY-TIME® touch activation is the ideal solution also for those who find it difficult to use
traditional taps, such as children, less-abled and elderly people.
Stable and precise flow rate.
MY-TIME® grants great stability in time thanks to its electronic water management. Dirty water,
scale and frequent usage let the mechanism of the self-closing mechanical taps being subject
to wear and tear causing malfunctioning and unstable flow rate and requiring continuous
maintenance interventions even a shortly after the installation of the tap. Moreover, the water
delivery time changes according to the net pressure.
Adjustable time setting.
MY-TIME® line has a factory set flow time of 8 seconds which can be easily changed from 1 to
60 seconds.
Greater water saving.
Mechanical self closing taps do not offer the possibility to stop the flow once they are activated.
MY-TIME® features an ON/OFF function which allows the user to stop the water with a simple
touch before the entire cycle is over, granting a greater water saving and management costs.
Relevantly reduces maintenance.
MY-TIME® has a very low sensibility to dirt and water scale: this reduces relevantly the maintenance
costs.
Anti-vandal design and anti-blocking system.
The push button used in normal self-closing mechanical taps is a very easy target for vandals:
only more expensive models feature an anti-blocking system to avoid that the button is blocked
in the OPEN position.
MY-TIME® line, beside having a modern design, has no external removable parts and has an
integrated anti-blocking system that makes it non-attackable by vandals.
Automatic Hygienic Flush (anti-Legionella).
During production, MY-TIME® can be programmed to perform an hygienic optional flush with
a time range varying from 1 to 80 hours, allowing the discharge of stagnant water in the pipes.
The duration of the flush as well can be adjusted according to necessities. This cycle can be an
effective prevention of Legionella spreading.
Adjustable block.
MY-TIME® taps can be equipped with a blocking program to allow the use of the device only
on specified hours of the day. This function is particularly thought for places with a high risk of
vandalism, waste or water abuse, such as prisons, barracks or schools. A user can be allowed to
use a shower only after two hours from a previous use, a toilette after one hour or a washbasin
every 20 minutes. The block-time is flexible and can be fixed according to the customer’s request.

Attivazione a infrarossi
La semplicità dell’attivazione a infrarossi rende più confortevole il suo utilizzo senza limitazione
riguardo all’età o all’abilità fisica.
Risparmio d’acqua
Diversamente dai rubinetti manuali, che spesso vengono lasciati aperti o parzialmente chiusi,
i rubinetti elettronici si spengono immediatamente dopo l’uso. In media, i rubinetti elettronici
consentono un risparmio di acqua di più del 70% rispetto a rubinetti tradizionali e di più del 35%
rispetto ai temporizzati.
Temporizzazione programmabile
E’ fondamentale avere la libertà di modificare i settaggi dei rubinetti elettronici o delle valvole di
risciacquo. Questo è possibile grazie ad un semplice sistema manuale o grazie al telecomando, che
facilita e rende ancor più rapide le operazioni di modifica dei raggi d’azione e delle temporizzazioni.
Design antivandalo e sistema antibloccaggio
Tutti i prodotti della linea SYNCRO sono costruiti in un unico pezzo di ottone e progettati per
non poter essere danneggiati da eventuali atti vandalici. I sensori ad infrarossi sono studiati
per impedire il bloccaggio dei rubinetti in posizione APERTA ed avere un tempo massimo di
funzionamento di 90 sec. in modo da impedirne la manomissione. I sensori sono dotati di un
sistema di sicurezza che previene il flusso continuo d’acqua causato da un attacco vandalico. Se
il sensore viene coperto per più di 90 secondi per i rubinetti o 10 minuti per la doccia, l’acqua si
spegnerà automaticamente. Per ripristinare le operazioni normali deve essere rimosso qualsiasi
ostacolo.
Maggiore igiene
Con i rubinetti elettronici l’utente non deve toccare il rubinetto per aprirlo o chiuderlo. La mancanza
di contatto con le manopole di un rubinetto tradizionale potenzialmente infetto previene il rischio
di contaminazione incrociata e la diffusione di germi.
Risciacquo igienico automatico “Antilegionella”
Tutti i prodotti della linea SYNCRO possono essere programmati per un risciacquo igienico
opzionale con un intervallo fra 1 e 80 ore che consente di scaricare l’acqua stagnante nelle
tubazioni. Può essere scelta anche la durata del risciacquo. Questo ciclo assicura una efficace
prevenzione alla diffusione della legionella.
Funzione di spegnimento temporanea (Pulsante On/Off)
Alcuni modelli sono dotati di un pulsante di disattivazione temporanea. Questa funzione è ideale
per effettuare qualsiasi tipo di attività davanti al sensore senza far funzionare il sistema (ad esempio
una pulizia approfondita).

Infrared operated
The very easy activation through infrared makes its use more comfortable, regardless of age and
physical ability
Water saving
Differently from manual taps, which are often left open or partially closed, the electronic taps are
immediately off after they have been used. As an average, the electronic taps allow a water saving
of more than 70% compared to traditional taps and of more than 35% compared to time taps.
Programmable time-setting
Having the freedom to modify the electronic tap or the flush valve settings is of the greatest
importance. This is achievable thanks to a very simple manual system or thanks to a remote
control, that makes the setting operations of the range or of the flow time even easier and quicker.
Anti-vandal design and anti-blocking system
All the products of the SYNCRO line are built out of a single piece of brass and designed not to
be damaged by possible vandal attacks. The infrared sensors are studied to avoid blocking in the
OPEN position and to have a maximum flow time of 90 seconds. so to prevent tampering. The
sensors feature a security system that prevents continuous water flows caused by vandal attacks.
If the sensor remains covered for more than 90 seconds (for the taps) or 10 minutes (for showers),
water will stop automatically. To return to normal operation any obstacle must be removed.
Greater hygiene
With electronic taps the user must not touch the faucet to open or close it.
Not touching the handle of a traditional tap, potentially infected, prevents the risk of cross
contamination and the spreading of germs.
Automatic Hygienic Flush (anti-legionella system)
All the products of the SYNCRO line can be programmed with an optional hygienic flush from 1 to
80 hours which allows the discharge of stagnant water in the pipes. Also the duration of the flush
can be chosen. This cycle grants an effective prevention of legionella spreading.
Temporary shutdown function (On / Off button)
Some models are equipped with a temporary shutdown button. This function is ideal to carry out
any type of activity in front of the sensor without the system to start working (for example, the
performance of a thorough cleaning).

Tutte le cartucce sono in resina acetalica, un materiale che impedisce la formazione del calcare

Design antivandalo e sistema antibloccaggio
Corpo in ottone e dispositivo antibloccaggio che anche in caso di bloccaggio intenzionale in
posizione APERTA del pulsante di erogazione ferma il flusso dell’acqua dopo l’intervallo preregolato. Il pulsante deve essere necessariamente rilasciato per far riprendere il funzionamento
normale.
Portata e temporizzazione regolabile
Tutti i modelli offrono la possibilità di regolare la portata di acqua. Sono inoltre disponibili versioni

Water saving
Water saving is a growing necessity every application. METRO-TAP taps allow to save more than
40% in water compared to traditional faucets. Their self-closing system eliminates the frequent

All the cartridges are made of acetal resins, a material that prevents limescale formation and their
wear and tear.

Reduced maintenance
METRO-TAP systems feature a self-cleaning device which is activated each time the flow button
is pressed and which allows a drastic reduction of the maintenance interventions.
Anti-vandal design and anti-blocking system
A brass body and an anti-blocking device which stops the water flow after the pre-set interval,
even in case of intentional blocking of the flow button in OPEN position. The button must be
necessarily released in order to restart normal functioning.
Adjustable flow rate and time setting

Description of the product:
SMALL MIX is an external thermostatic mixer for
showers. Its reduced dimensions make it suitable for
small shower stalls (70x70 cm.) like the ones that can
be found in hotels, caravans and boats. It is made of
stamped brass, an unusual method for tap production,
which, however, grants great safety and manufacturing
quality. The body features a chromium plated superficial
external finishes for a minimal design. The thermostatic
mixer, properly regulating the quantity of cold and
hot water, allows the supply of water at constant
temperature, thus offering high comfort and avoiding
the risk of accidental scalding with an important saving
in hot water. It is supplied with brass connections for
the fixing to the drilled panel and it is complete with
check valves and filters.

Lo SMALL MIX è un miscelatore termostatico da esterno
per ambiente doccia. Le dimensioni ridotte lo rendono
idoneo per box doccia di piccole dimensioni (70 x 70
cm) come quelli presenti in hotel, caravan,roulotte e
imbarcazioni. Realizzato in ottone stampato, metodo
insolito negli articoli di rubinetteria ma che conferisce grande
sicurezza e qualità costruttiva. Il corpo si presenta con una
finitura superficiale esterna cromata e aspetto minimale. Il
miscelatore termostatico, regolando opportunamente le
quantità di acqua calda e fredda, permette di erogare acqua
a temperatura costante, assicurando un comfort elevato,
evitando il pericolo di scottature accidentali e consentendo
un sensibile risparmio di acqua calda. Viene fornito con i
raccordi in ottone per il fissaggio su pannello forato ed è
completo di valvole di non-ritorno e filtri.

TERMS OF SALE
1. OFFERTE ED ORDINI
Thermomat S.r.l. si impegna a non diffondere né a divulgare richieste ricevute dai
propri Clienti - con particolare riferimento a personalizzazioni fornite per impieghi speciali - nei confronti della concorrenza del Cliente. Gli ordini devono avere forma scritta
con riferimento, per prodotti di serie, ai codici di ordinazione descritti nei cataloghi,
listini o nelle specifiche schede tecniche. Eventuale nostra conferma d’ordine dovrà
essere rispedita vistata per approvazione; in caso di mancato ritorno della copia vistata
entro 1 gg. la stessa sarà ritenuta comunque accettata in ogni sua parte. Non sono
da ritenersi impegnativi eventuali accordi verbali presi da dipendenti o da agenti con il
committente se non sono seguiti da nostra comunicazione scritta.
2. CONSEGNA
La data di consegna indicata nell’ordine o nella conferma d’ordine è da ritenersi in
ogni caso orientativa. Thermomat S.r.l. si riserva il diritto di effettuare anche consegne
parziali di ordini. L’eventuale ritardo di consegna non dà comunque facoltà al committente di annullare l’ordine, rifiutare la merce e non costituisce motivo per richieste di
danni o mancati utili.
3. PREZZI, PAGAMENTI E PROPRIETA’
I prezzi sono riferiti a merce resa franco nostro magazzino di Virgilio (Mn), IVA esclusa.
La merce fornita rimane di nostra proprietà fino ad avvenuto pagamento. Il pagamento
dovrà essere effettuato alle condizioni descritte in fattura; se ciò non avvenisse, Thermomat S.r.l. si riserva la facoltà di addebitare gli interessi di mora nella misura del
prime rate maggiorato di 2 punti, con valuta decorrente dal giorno in cui il pagamento
doveva essere effettuato. L’inosservanza delle condizioni di pagamento esonera Thermomat S.r.l. da ogni eventuale obbligo di consegna pendente e le dà facoltà di ritenere
risolto il contratto e di procedere per tutto l’intero credito che si ritiene, in tal caso, di
diritto scaduto. Thermomat S.r.l. ha diritto al recupero di tutti gli oneri sostenuti per gli
impegni assunti relativi al contratto risolto.
4. CAMPIONATURE E RESI
Gli articoli contraddistinti dalla dicitura “campionatura” e le relative specifiche tecniche
forniscono solo un’indicazione generica delle caratteristiche del prodotto. Ci riserviamo la facoltà di utilizzare diverse soluzioni tecniche e di apportare migliorie estetiche
e funzionali ai prodotti del catalogo senza darne preventiva comunicazione. Non si
accettano resi senza ns. preventivo esplicito benestare; i resi autorizzati dovranno
pervenire a Thermomat S.r.l. in porto franco. Per i resi commerciali (ad esempio errori
di ordinazione o eccedenze di magazzino del cliente) sarà applicato un addebito fisso
del 15% del valore della merce.
5. GARANZIA
Thermomat S.r.l. garantisce che i propri prodotti sono esenti da difetti di materiali o
di costruzione per un periodo di 12 mesi a far data dal giorno di spedizione dai propri
magazzini. La garanzia consiste nella riparazione o sostituzione presso la nostra sede
di prodotti, parti o componenti resi inutilizzabili per accertato difetto del materiale o
di costruzione. La garanzia avrà corso previo esame dei particolari difettosi resi franco destino ed accertamento delle cause di necessaria riparazione o sostituzione. Il
destinatario deve denunciare per iscritto eventuali vizi occulti entro otto giorni dalla
loro scoperta. Thermomat S.r.l. si riserva la facoltà di autorizzare la sostituzione del
materiale contestato: il reclamo non potrà essere in alcun modo accettato se i pezzi
in contestazione sono stati manomessi, riparati o montati. Il destinatario è tenuto al
controllo del materiale ricevuto; difetti visibili alla consegna dovranno essere contestati
direttamente al trasportatore con apposita annotazione sul ns. Ddt, quindi segnalati a
Thermomat S.r.l. per iscritto entro 2 giorni dal ricevimento. I prodotti dovranno essere
utilizzati per gli scopi menzionati nel catalogo; non si risponde di danni provocati da un
qualunque uso diverso se non preventivamente concordato ed autorizzato. La garanzia
non potrà aver corso per prodotti montati in modo improprio o negligente o in caso di
qualunque manomissione. Sono esclusi da garanzia prodotti soggetti ad usura come,
ad esempio, molle, “O-rings” e guarnizioni in genere. Sono esclusi da garanzia i costi
connessi con il montaggio e lo smontaggio dei prodotti difettosi. Thermomat S.r.l. non
risponde di eventuali danni avvenuti durante il trasporto o la consegna per spedizioni
effettuate con mezzi del cliente o vettori di sua indicazione o scelta.
6. CONDIZIONI PARTICOLARI
La formulazione di un ordine comporta l’accettazione delle presenti “Condizioni generali di vendita”; l’acquirente rinuncia ad eventuali proprie “Condizioni generali di
acquisto”, considerate singolarmente e/o nel loro complesso. Eventuali supplementi
ad ordini, anche se effettuati oralmente, si intendono comunque sottoposti alle presenti condizioni. Le etichette di identificazione del lotto di produzione devono essere
mantenute leggibili e non devono essere rimosse.
7. DIVERGENZE
Per qualunque controversia o divergenza circa l’interpretazione o l’esecuzione dell’atto
di vendita sarà riconosciuto competente il Foro di Mantova.
1. OFFERS AND ORDERS
Thermomat S.r.l. commit themselves not to release or to spread any request received
from their own Customers – with particular reference to supplied personalizations of a
product for special uses – twards the Customer’s competitors. The orders have to be
written and for standard models they must make reference to the codes indicated in
our catalogues, price lists and specific technical sheets. In the event Thermomat S.r.l.
reply to the Customer’s order with an order confirmation, the latter should be sent back
to Thermomat S.r.l. undersigned as a sign of approval; should the endorsed copy not
be sent back within one day it will in any case be considered as accepted in each of its
parts. Any verbal agreement taken with Thermomat S.r.l. employees or agents is not to
be considered valid if not followed by Thermomat S.r.l. written confirmation.
2. DELIVERY
The time of delivery mentioned in the order or in the order confirmation has to be
considered as purely indicative. Thermomat S.r.l. reserve the right to execute the order
in different deliveries. A possible delay in the delivery does not give in any case the
Customer the right to cancel the order, to reject the goods and it cannot be considered
a valid reason for claiming damages or lost profits.
3. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND PROPERTY
Prices are to be intended as EX WORKS our firm in Virgilio (MN). V.A.T. is NOT included. Payment has to be effected according to the conditions described in the invoice;
should it not happen Thermomat S.r.l. reserve the right to charge on the Customer
the interests on delayed payment in the measure of the PRIME RATE PLUS 2 POINTS
starting from the day in which the payment had to be effectuated. The non-fulfilment
of payment terms discharges Thermomat S.r.l. from any obligation in case of pending
deliveries and gives Thermomat S.r.l. the possibility to consider the contract as rescinded and to proceed to the recover of the whole credit. Thermomat S.r.l. have the
right to recover every expense born due to the engagements taken as regards the
rescinded contract.
4. SAMPLES AND RETURNS
The articles marked as “samples” and their related technical specifications only provide general indications on the product characteristics. Thermomat S.r.l. reserve the
possibility to use different technical solutions and to bring aesthetic and functional
improvements to the products present in the catalogue without previous notification.
Thermomat S.r.l. do not accept returns if not previously explicitly authorised. Authorised returns should arrive FREE DOMICILE at Thermomat S.r.l. for commercial returns
(for example errors in the orders or overstocks) a fixed charge of 15% on the value of
the goods will be applied.
5. WARRANTY
Thermomat S.r.l. guarantee that their products are free from defect as regards materials and manufacture for a twelve month period starting from the date of delivery
from our firm. Warranty consists in the reparation and the replacement by our firm, of
products, parts of a product and components rendered unable by a verified defect of
the material which they are made of or manufacturing. Warranty will be applied only
to the items previously examined by our Technical Department and returned at Thermomat S.r.l. FREE OF CHARGE. The receiver is bound to notify in writing any possible
hidden defect within eight days from their discovery. Thermomat S.r.l. reserve the right
to authorize the replacement of the claimed material: the claim cannot be in any way
accepted if the pieces objected have been tampered, repaired or installed. The receiver is bound to the verification of the consigned goods; visible defects at the receiving
of the goods must be notified directly to the forwarding agent with an apposite note on
the document accompanying the goods and afterwards reported to Thermomat S.r.l.
in writing within 2 days since the receiving of the goods. The products should be used
only for the purposes mentioned in our catalogue; Thermomat S.r.l. do not answer for
any damage caused by any different use if not previously agreed upon and authorised.
Warranty is not valid for products mounted in an improper or inaccurate way or in
the case of any kind of pilfering. Warranty does not cover products subject to wear,
such as, for example, springs, “O-rings” and packings in general. Warranty does not
cover the expenses connected to the mounting and the dismantling of the defective
products. Thermomat S.r.l. do not answer for any possible damage during transport or
delivery, for shipment effected by customer’s means of transport or by carriers chosen
by the customer.
6. PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
The formulation of an order is subject to the acceptance of the above listed “Terms
of sale”; Customers renounce their own “Terms of purchase”. Any addition to orders
is to be intended, even when it is passed orally, in any case subject to the present
conditions. The identification labels of the production lots are to be kept readable and
must not be removed.
7. DISPUTES
For any dispute or disagreement about the interpretation and the execution of the bill
of sale, competent court will be considered that of Mantua.
