Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing op uw gemak door en bewaar hem om later nog eens te kunnen raadplegen.
De PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER is ideaal om snel een smakelijke tosti te maken met
bijvoorbeeld kaas of ham. De antiaanbaklaag op de bakplaten voorkomt kleven en is snel weer schoon.
Het controlelampje en de automatische thermostaat maken de PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER tot een praktisch hanteerbaar apparaat.
Wij raden u aan om voor het eerste gebruik de bakplaten met een vochtige doek te reinigen en eventuele
labels te verwijderen.
GEBRUIKSTIPS
Vet de bakplaten lichtjes in met boter, braadvet, olie of iets dergelijks. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact
(het ‘Power’-lampje gaat branden) en sluit de PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER. Het
duurt ongeveer 5 minuten voordat het apparaat opgewarmd is. Gedurende deze tijd kunt u de sandwich
alvast klaarleggen. Zodra de bakplaten op temperatuur zijn, gaat het ‘Power’-lampje uit.
Open nu de PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER en leg de sandwich op de gebruikelijke
manier op de onderste bakplaat, dus eerst een boterham, dan het beleg en ten slotte nog een boterham.
Sluit de sandwichtoaster (druk de platen hierbij niet met veel kracht op elkaar) en vergrendel de bakplaten
met de clip om de handgreep. Maak de sandwiches altijd met het apparaat gesloten.
Bij het sluiten van de sandwichtoaster kan enige stoom ontstaan. Wees voorzichtig dat u zich hier niet aan
brandt. Na ongeveer 2 à 3 minuten is de sandwich klaar. Natuurlijk kunt u met de baktijd experimenteren
voor het beste resultaat.
Zodra de sandwich klaar is, kunt u de sandwichtoaster openen en de sandwich er uitnemen, eventueel met
behulp van een houten of kunststof spatel. Gebruik nooit metalen spatels e.d. om beschadiging van de
antiaanbaklaag te voorkomen.
Indien u nog meer sandwiches wilt maken, kunt U de sandwichtoaster dichtgeklapt laten staan om op de juiste
temperatuur te blijven. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact indien het apparaat niet meer gebruikt wordt.
SCHOONMAKEN
HAAL EERST DE STEKKER UIT HET STOPCONTACT.
Maak de sandwichtoaster na ieder gebruik schoon. Dit voorkomt dat voedselresten gaan vastkoeken. Laat
na gebruik de PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER eerst afkoelen. Giet nooit koud water op
de bakplaten. Dit zou het apparaat beschadigen en geeft risico op spatten van heet water. Gebruik geen
schurende of agressieve middelen.
DOMPEL DE SANDWICHMAKER NOOIT ONDER IN WATER OF EEN ANDERE VLOEISTOF.
Reinig de bakplaten met bijvoorbeeld keukenpapier. Moeilijk te verwijderen resten kunnen eerst losgeweekt worden met wat bakolie (even 5 minuten laten inweken). De buitenzijde kan met een vochtige doek
afgenomen worden.
PRINCESS TIPS
- Gebruik deze sandwichtoaster alleen voor huishoudelijk gebruik.
- Zorg dat het snoer of een eventueel verlengsnoer zodanig weggeleid wordt dat niemand
erover kan struikelen en dat het de hete bakplaten niet raakt.
- Niet gebruiken als het apparaat of het snoer beschadigd is. Stuur in dat geval het
apparaat naar onze servicedienst om risico’s te vermijden. Bij dit type apparaat kan een
beschadigd snoer alleen door onze servicedienst worden vervangen met behulp van
speciaal gereedschap.
- Gebruik deze sandwichtoaster niet buitenshuis.
- Houdt goed toezicht op de sandwichtoaster wanneer kinderen erbij kunnen. De bakplaten en de metalen buitenzijde worden immers erg heet. Wees natuurlijk zelf ook
voorzichtig. Laat het apparaat goed afkoelen voordat het opgeruimd wordt.
- Sluit de sandwichtoaster alleen op een geaard stopcontact aan.

The PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER is ideal for making quick and tasty toasties,
with ham, cheese or other ingredients. The non-stick coating on the plates prevents sticking and is easy
to clean. The indicator light and the automatic thermostat make the PRINCESS SPONGE BOB
SANDWICHMAKER a highly practical appliance. Before using the appliance for the first time, we
recommend that you clean the plates and remove any stickers.
TIPS FOR USE
Grease the plates slightly with butter, lard, oil or something similar. Plug the plug into the electrical
socket (the ‘Power’ lamp illuminates) and close the PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER.
The toaster will take around 5 minutes to heat up. You can use this time to prepare the sandwich. When
the plates reach the correct temperature, the ‘Power’ lamp will switch off. Now open the PRINCESS

CLEANING
FIRST UNPLUG THE CORD FROM THE SOCKET
Clean the sandwich toaster after each use to prevent leftover food from sticking. Let the PRINCESS
SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER cool down after use. Never pour cold water on the plates as this
can damage the toaster and cause hot water spattering. Do not use abrasive or strong detergents. NEVER
IMMERSE THE SANDWICHMAKER IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID. Clean the plates using
kitchen paper. Soak stubborn leftovers with cooking oil first and leave to dissolve for 5 minutes. The
outside of the base can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
PRINCESS TIPS
- This toaster is only suitable for household use.
- Make sure that the cord, or extension cord if necessary, is placed where no one can stumble over it and
away from the hotplates.
- Do not use the equipment if it is damaged, or if the lead is damaged. Send it to our Service Department
in order to avoid a hazard. With this type of appliance, a damaged cord should only be replaced by our
Service Department using special tools.
- Do not use this toaster outdoors.
- Ensure children do not use the toaster unsupervised. The plates and the metal exterior can get very hot.
Of course be careful yourself as well. Allow the toaster to cool down completely before tidying it away.
- Plug this appliance only into an earthed outlet.

Le PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER est idéal pour préparer rapidement de délicieux
croque-monsieur au fromage ou au jambon. Le revêtement antiadhésif sur les plaques de cuisson empêche

Nous vous conseillons de nettoyer les plaques de cuisson avec un chiffon humide et d’enlever les
autocollants éventuels avant le premier emploi.
CONSEILS D’UTILISATION
Graissez légèrement les plaques de cuisson avec du beurre, de la graisse à frire, de l’huile ou autre.
Introduisez la fiche dans la prise (la lampe « Power » s’allume) et fermez le PRINCESS SPONGE BOB
SANDWICHMAKER. L’appareil est chaud après environ 5 minutes. Dans l’intervalle, vous pouvez
préparer les croque-monsieur. La lampe « Power » s’éteint dès que les plaques sont à la bonne température.
Ouvrez le PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER et posez les croque-monsieur de la manière
habituelle sur la plaque inférieure, c’est-à-dire d’abord une tranche de pain, puis le fromage et/ou le
jambon, et enfin une autre tranche de pain. Refermez l’appareil (sans appuyer trop fort sur les plaques) et
verrouillez les plaques avec le dispositif autour de la poignée. Préparez toujours les croque-monsieur avec
l’appareil fermé.
De la vapeur peut s’échapper de l’appareil quand vous le refermez. Veillez à ne pas vous y brûler. Le

maintenir à la bonne température. Si vous n’utilisez plus l’appareil, enlevez la fiche de la prise.
NETTOYAGE
RETIREZ D’ABORD LA FICHE DE LA PRISE
Nettoyez l’appareil après chaque emploi pour éviter que des restes d’aliments n’attachent. Après l’emploi,
laissez d’abord refroidir le PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER. Ne versez
jamais de l’eau froide sur les plaques de cuisson ; vous pourriez endommager l’appareil et
provoquer des éclaboussures d’eau chaude. N’utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage abrasifs
ou agressifs.
NE PLONGEZ JAMAIS L’ APPAREIL À CROQUE-MONSIEUR DANS L’ EAU OU UN
AUTRE LIQUIDE.
Nettoyez les plaques de cuisson par exemple avec de l’essuie-tout. Faites tremper les restes
difficiles à enlever pendant 5 minutes dans un peu d’huile alimentaire pour qu’ils se
détachent plus facilement. Nettoyez l’extérieur de l’appareil avec un chiffon humide.

CONSEILS PRINCESS
- Utilisez uniquement l’appareil à croque-monsieur pour un usage domestique.
- Placez le cordon ou la rallonge éventuelle de sorte que personne ne puisse trébucher dessus et veillez à
ce qu’il n’entre pas en contact avec les plaques de cuisson chaudes.
- N’utilisez pas l’appareil si le cordon ou l’appareil est endommagé, mais retournez-le à notre service
après-vente pour éviter tout risque. Dans ce type d’appareil, le cordon peut uniquement être remplacé
par notre service qui dispose des outils spéciaux requis.
- N’utilisez pas l’appareil à l’extérieur.
- Surveillez l’appareil quand des enfants se trouvent à proximité car les plaques de cuisson et l’extérieur
en métal deviennent très chauds. Soyez vous-même aussi très prudent. Laissez bien l’appareil refroidir
avant de le ranger.

Der PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER ist ideal für die schnelle Zubereitung von
köstlichen Sandwichtoasts mit zum Beispiel Käse oder Schinken. Die Antihaftbeschichtung auf den
Grillplatten verhindert das Ankleben und lässt sich problemlos reinigen. Dank des Kontrolllämpchens
und des automatischen Thermostats ist der PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER äußerst
praktisch in der Handhabung.
Es empfiehlt sich, die Grillplatten vor dem ersten Gebrauch mit einem feuchten Tuch zu reinigen und
eventuelle Aufkleber zu entfernen.
GEBRAUCHSHINWEISE
Die Grillplatten leicht mit Butter, Bratfett, Öl oder Ähnlichem einfetten. Den Stecker in die Steckdose
stecken (das „Power“-Lämpchen leuchtet auf) und den PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER
schließen. Es dauert etwa 5 Minuten, bis das Gerät warm ist. In der Zwischenzeit können die
Sandwichtoasts vorbereitet werden. Sobald die Grillplatten die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht haben,
schaltet sich das „Power“-Lämpchen aus.
Jetzt den PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER öffnen und den Sandwichtoast wie üblich
auf die unterste Grillplatte legen. Also zuerst eine Brotscheibe, danach den Brotbelag und anschließend
wieder eine Brotscheibe. Den Sandwichtoaster schließen (die Platten dabei nicht mit viel Kraft aufeinander
drücken) und die Grillplatten mit dem Verschluss am Griff verriegeln. Die Sandwichtoasts immer im
geschlossenen Gerät zubereiten.
Beim Schließen des Sandwichtoasters kann es zur Dampfentwicklung kommen. Darauf achten, dass man
sich niemand am Dampf verbrennt. Nach ungefähr 2 bis 3 Minuten ist der Sandwichtoast fertig. Selbstverständlich kann mit der Toastzeit etwas experimentiert werden, bis das optimale Ergebnis erreicht wird.
Sobald der Sandwich fertig ist, kann das Gerät geöffnet und der Sandwichtoast entnommen werden.
Eventuell einen Holz- oder Kunststoffspatel verwenden. Keinen Metallspatel o. Ä. benutzen, um die
Antihaftbeschichtung nicht zu beschädigen.
Wenn noch mehr Sandwichtoasts zubereitet werden sollen, kann der Sandwichtoaster geschlossen stehen
bleiben, damit er nicht abkühlt. Wenn das Gerät nicht mehr benutzt wird, den Stecker aus der Steckdose
ziehen.
REINIGUNG
ZUERST DEN STECKER AUS DER STECKDOSE ZIEHEN.
Den Sandwichtoaster nach jedem Gebrauch reinigen, um das Festbacken von
Nahrungsmittelresten zu vermeiden. Den PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER nach dem Gebrauch erst abkühlen lassen. Niemals kaltes Wasser auf die
Grillplatten gießen. Dadurch wird das Gerät beschädigt und es besteht die Gefahr, dass

DEN SANDWICHMAKER NIE IN WASSER ODER EINE ANDERE FLÜSSIGKEIT EINTAUCHEN.
Die Grillplatten beispielsweise mit Küchenpapier reinigen. Schwierig zu entfernende Reste zunächst mit
etwas Öl lösen (ca. 5 Minuten einweichen lassen). Die Außenseite mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen.
PRINCESS-TIPPS
- Der Sandwichtoaster ist ausschließlich für den Haushaltsgebrauch bestimmt.
- Darauf achten, dass das Kabel oder ein eventuelles Verlängerungskabel so liegen, dass niemand darüber
fallen kann und dass es die heißen Grillplatten nicht berührt.
- Das Gerät nicht mehr verwenden, wenn das Gerät selbst oder das Kabel beschädigt ist. Den
Sandwichtoaster in diesem Fall an unseren Kundendienst schicken, um Risiken zu vermeiden. Bei
diesem Gerätetyp kann ein beschädigtes Kabel ausschließlich mit Spezialwerkzeug von unserem
Kundendienst ausgetauscht werden.
- Den Sandwichtoaster nicht im Freien verwenden.
- Im Beisein von Kindern besonders gut auf den Sandwichtoaster achten. Die Grillplatten und die

LIMPIEZA
PRIMERO DESENCHUFE LA CLAVIJA DE LA TOMA DE CORRIENTE

farciti, per esempio con prosciutto e formaggio. Lo strato antiaderente delle piastre di cottura impedisce al

Prima di usare l’apparecchio per la prima volta, vi consigliamo di pulire le piastre con un panno umido e
di rimuovere tutte le etichette.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
Ungete leggermente le piastre con burro, grasso per frittura, olio o un prodotto simile. Inserite la spina
nella presa di alimentazione (la spia luminosa di alimentazione “Power” si accende) e chiudete il PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER. L’apparecchio impiega circa 5 minuti per riscaldarsi.
Durante questo periodo di attesa potete farcire i toast. Non appena le piastre hanno raggiunto la temperatura impostata, la spia luminosa “Power” si spegne.
Aprite il PRINCESS SPONGE BOB SANDWICHMAKER e disponete il toast sulla piastra inferiore nell'ordine consueto, ovvero una fetta di pane quindi il companatico seguito da un'altra fetta di pane.
Chiudete la toastiera (senza premere eccessivamente tra loro le due piastre) e bloccate tra loro le piastre

dei toast.
Chiudendo la toastiera può svilupparsi un po' di vapore: fate attenzione a non bruciarvi Il toast è pronto in

Potete pulire le piastre con carta da cucina. Eventuali resti attaccati possono essere rimossi con l’ausilio di
un po’ di olio da cucina (lasciate agire l’olio per 5 minuti). Potete pulire la superficie esterna con un
panno umido.

- Assicuratevi che nessuno possa inciampare nel cavo di alimentazione o nell’eventuale prolunga, e che
