"ONE CLICK ONE WEEK” – 3th Edition

"ONE CLICK ONE WEEK” – 3th Edition - is the photographic competition
organized by the San Giovanni d'Asso Tourist Office, for colour and
black & white photographs and graphic elaborations .
GENERAL RULES
1. The Competition is open to clients/guests of any of the tourist accommodations located
within the municipalities taking part in this initiative launched by the San Giovanni d'Asso
Tourist Office.
The following municipalities of the Crete Senesi and Val d’Orcia are participating in the
2011 photographic competition:
ASCIANO, BUONCONVENTO, MONTERONI D’ARBIA, MONTEPULCIANO, MURLO, RAPOLANO TERME,
SAN GIOVANNI D’ASSO, CASTIGLIONE D’ORCIA, MONTALCINO, PIENZA, RADICOFANI, SAN QUIRICO
D’ORCIA.
2. The Competition will remain open until the 30th September 2011. Entry is free. The
winners will be announced during the 2011 White Truffle Show.
3. Entries are divided into three categories: Colour - Black & White - Graphic Elaborations.
4. Each entry must bear the following information: title, photographer’s name, place and
date of shot, and the name of the tourist accommodation stayed at during the time the
photograph(s) were taken.
5. The photographs must be sent by email in JPEG format (max. 2mb - 300 DPI ) to
[email protected], or printed (maximum size 20x30cm) and sent by post to:
Museo del Tartufo, Piazza Gramsci 1 - 53020 San Giovanni d'Asso (Siena) Italy.
6. Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 photographs for each category.
7. The deadline for the submission of all photographs, both digital files and prints, is 30th
September 2011, and the images will be published only after examination by the jury. The
images must be unpublished and must not have been entered into any other photographic
competition.
8. San Giovanni d'Asso Pro Loco (Tourist Office) reserves the right to reject any image
considered unsuitable for whatever reason.
9. Each participant declares to be the author of the photographs submitted, and to be the
owner of the rights to the same and responsible for their content (see Art. 633 of
22/04/1941). Each participant authorizes the publication of the photograph, both online
and in newspapers or magazines or other media on occasion of particular events, relieving
the San Giovanni d’Asso Tourist Office of any responsibility, and shares with San Giovanni
d’Asso Tourist Office the commercial usage rights of the photographs.
10. Each participant must state in which tourist accommodation (s)he spent the holiday
and the dates of the stay.
11. The jury is comprised of professional photographers, representatives of institutions and
associations and a person responsible to uphold public confidence appointed by the
Chamber of Commerce of Siena.
12. The jury’s decision is final and indisputable. Participation in the competition implies
acceptance of these rules.
13. The results will be published on the web site: www.prolocosangiovannidasso.it.
The award ceremony will take place during the White Truffle Show of the Crete Senesi to
be held on the second and third weekends of November. On this occasion all selected
works will be exhibited.
14. Prizes.

A week in the tourist accommodation where you stayed.
The period can be chosen between Autumn 2011 and Spring 2012
