Descrizione generale
General description
Gli estrattori d’aria serie 01MK sono progettati per le più svariate esigenze
di ventilazione sia in ambienti commerciali che industriali. L’applicazione sia
interna che esterna è garantita da un sistema di pannelli tali da impedire
qualsiasi penetrazione di agenti atmosferici. Due portine contrapposte ed il
sistema di ancoraggio facilitano la manutenzione degli elettroventilatori.
Il foro di aspirazione è realizzabile su qualsiasi lato dell’involucro, in base alle
necessità del cliente.
CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI
Disponibili in 2 versioni:
• Versione D, con struttura autoportante e pannelli in lamiera zincata;
• Versione M, con telaio in alluminio e pannelli sandwich da 25 mm a doppia
lamiera zincata con isolamento in poliuretano iniettato;
Ventilatore a doppia aspirazione a pale in avanti con motore direttamente
accoppiato monofase.
The Mekar exhaust fan sections of the 01MK series are designed to satisfy
any industrial and commercial application. The typical construction allows
these fan sections to be installed either indoor or outdoor, the casing being
assembled to avoid any water infiltration. Two side access door provide full
fan-motor servicing. The inlet air opening and the access doors can be provided at any section location, according to the buyer’s need.
GENERAL FEATURES
Available in 2 versions:
• Version D, with selfsupporting structure and galvanized stell panels;
• Version M, with aluminium frame and double skin panels 25 mm thick
(sandwich with galvanized internal surface and prepainted external surface)
isolated by injected poliuretane;
Double inlet direct driven forward curved fan with a single phase direct
drive electric motor.

• Involucro: può essere costruito nelle seguenti versioni:
- doppio pannello da 25 mm con poliuretano iniettato e telaio in alluminio;
- acciaio inox, alluminio, lamiera preverniciata, lamiera verniciata con colore a
richiesta;
• Griglie o bocchette di tipo o forma diversa, con rete o altre soluzioni;
• Raccordi speciali su bocca di aspirazione o estrazione;
• Canalizzazioni di raccordo: previo invio di dettagliati disegni;
• Isolamento interno antirumore;
• Basamento di supporto dell’elettroventilatore, ammortizzato internamente.

- Double skinning with 25 mm injected polyurethane insulation, aluminium
framework;
- Pre-coated galvanized steel (light beige std - other colours are available
upon request), steinless steel, aluminium;
