Leopard at des Artistes Chef Vito Gnazzo lights up the luxurious Leopard at des Artistes, a restaurant born inside one of New York City’s most
iconic restaurant spaces, Café des Artistes. The restaurant under the ownership of Gianfranco and Paula Sorrentino, (of Il Gattopardo and
Mozzarella & Vino family) earned a solid reputation that praises it’s inspired and exquisite menu featuring the flavors of Southern and coastal Italy.
The space itself was restored by the Sorrentinos, which included the saving of the remarkable 1920s murals by Howard Chandler Christy of
“Fantasy Scenes with Naked Beauties,” that have graced the walls for nearly a century.
