Due to limited availability of apartments in Florence, we strongly advise you to reserve as early as possible (preferably 8 to
12 weeks before the beginning of the course).
Options and prices
Rental fees will vary according to location and season and are subject to change without prior notice.
Procedure and conditions
1. The enrolment office will forward this request form to Eurocentres
Head Office who will inform Eurocentres Florence.
2.
The Estate Agent will reply at their earliest convenience by fax or email to the address specified above and will:
– provide the accommodation address
– specify the terms and payment conditions
– forward a copy for information to Eurocentres Florence.
3.
The student will confirm his/her acceptance of the offer within 7
days.
4.
One week prior to his/her departure, the student will inform the
apartment owner about his expected date and time of arrival; the student
is also requested to inform the apartment owner if any delay in arrival
should occur. The apartment owner or a representative will meet the
student upon arrival to show him/her the apartment.

5.
Payment will be due as arranged between the Estate Agent and the
student. The student may be requested to pay a deposit which will
normally be reimbursed at the end of the stay.

Eurocentres provide this apartment reservation service free of charge
and cannot be held responsible for any obligations resulting from the
relationship between the student, the Estate Agent and/or the apartment
owner.
