I rulli possono essere montati sul telaio del trasportatore utilizzando
i supporti qui presentati.
I supporti di fig. 1 possono essere applicati agendo sulla vite
indurita, che, incidendo il longherone, blocca il rullo in qualsiasi
posizione prescelta. L’interasse tra i rulli può essere modificato
a piacimento.
Il supporto di fig. 2 si può applicare solo mediante saldatura.
I supporti di fig. 3 si possono applicare sia mediante saldatura
sia mediante fissaggio con viti e permettono la regolazione del
passo e della perpendicolarità dei rulli rispetto alla direzione del
movimento. Questa caratteristica è particolarmente importante per
i trasportatori motorizzati con anelli di catena in serie. Lo schema
prevede un appoggio longitudinale ed una sola vite per ogni supporto
lasciando spazio ad un’ampia regolazione (x). Nella figura 6 le due
viti di fissaggio riducono la regolazione (x’) ma rendono superfluo
l’appoggio longitudinale. I supporti di fig. 3 possono essere forniti
anche zincati.
The rollers can be set up on the conveyor frame by means of the
supports hereafter illustrated.
The supports in picture No.1 can be set up by acting on the hard
screw, which, by cutting into the side frame, fastens the roller in the
selected position. The distance between the centres of the rollers
can be modified as one pleases.
The support in picture No.2 can only be welded.
The supports in picture No.3 can be both welded and fastened
with screws, and they allow the regulation of the pace and
perpendicularity of the rollers with respect to the movement
direction. This characteristic is particularly important for conveyors
driven by sequential chain links. The hookup consists of a
longitudinal bearing and only one screw for each support, leaving
space for a wide regulation (x). In picture No.6 the two fastening
screws reduce the regulation (x’), but they make unnecessary the
longitudinal bearing. The supports in picture No.3 are available
also zinc-plated.

ricavati direttamente nei longheroni dei trasportatori (vedi sotto).
Le forature e le punzonature richieste sono quelle indicate nei
disegni e nella tabella riassuntiva.
Per i rulli motorizzati si fa riferimento ai rulli base dai quali questi
sono ricavati.
The rollers can be set up by holes or notches to be made on the
conveyors side frames, as shown below.
The table and the drawings indicate which kind of punching the
different series of rollers require.
Live rollers require the same punching of the corresponding basic
rollers.
