Questi setacci, per la loro vibrazione ad alta frequenza, sono le
macchine ideali per la setacciatura di barbottine ceramiche.
La struttura in acciaio inox della parte vibrante garantisce l’assenza di qualsiasi contaminazione del prodotto da setacciare.
Caratteristiche importanti delle macchine durante il funzionamento sono la silenziosità e la pulizia.
La produttività del setaccio dipende fondamentalmente dalla
finezza di macinazione, dalla densità e dalla viscosità della barbottina. Riportiamo alcuni valori di produzione oraria solo a titolo
orientativo nella tabella di seguito riportata.

These screens, owing to their high frequency vibration, are the ideal machines for slip sifting.
The stainless steel structure of the vibrating parts guarantees that the product to be sifted will in no way be contaminated. Important machine characteristics are low-noise operation and cleanliness.
Screen productivity basically depends on the fineness of milling, density and viscosity of the slip. The following
table shows hourly machine production values. Such values are only to be taken as a rough guide.

Questo tipo di setaccio viene particolarmente utilizzato nella setacciatura della barbottina ceramica e della polvere atomizzata. Viene
quindi normalmente installato direttamente allo scarico dei mulini
continui e dell’atomizzatore.
Si distingue per la sua costruzione semplice e robusta e per la struttura in lega di alluminio resistente alla corrosione. A titolo orientativo riportiamo alcuni valori di produzione oraria, nella tabella che
segue.

Dieser Siebtyp wird insbesondere beim Hauptsieben des
Keramikschlickers und der sprühgetrockneten Massen eingesetzt. Normalerweise wird es direkt am Auslauf der
Mühlen und des Sprührtrockners installiert.
Es ist durch eine einfache und robuste, in korrosionsbeständiger Aluminiumlegierung ausgeführte Konstruktion
gekennzeichnet.

This type of screen is used in primary sifting of ceramic slip and spray-dried powder. It is thus normally installed at
the mill or spray drier outlet.
It is distinquished by its simple, sturdy construction and its corrosion-resistant aluminium structure.

Este tipo de tamiz se utiliza especialmente para el tamizado primario de la barbotina
cerámica y del polvo atomizado. Por eso suele instalarse directamente donde la descarga de los molinos y del atomizador.
Destaca por su fabricación simple y robusta y para la estructura en aleación de aluminio resistente al desgaste.

Il setaccio SPL 120, grazie alla sua vibrazione ad alta frequenza,permette la perfetta setacciatura di polveri atomizzate
garantendo silenziosità e pulizia. E’ possibile accessoriare la
macchina di un kit anticondensa con parti della macchina
rivestite in teflon e di un dispositivo per la pulizia della rete.
La produttività della macchina dipende principalmente dall’umidità e dalla granulometria delle polveri atomizzate.
Riportiamo quindi, a solo titolo orientativo, alcuni valori di
produzione oraria nella tabella riportata a seguito.

Durch Hochfrequenzschwingung ermöglicht das Sieb SPL 120
ein perfektes Sieben der sprühgetrockneten Preßmassen,
wobei Geräuscharmut und Sauberkeit gewährleistet sind.Die
Maschine kann mit einem Kondenswasser-Schutzkit, das
teflonbeschichtete Maschinenteile vorsieht, und einer
Siebnetz-Reinigungsvorrichtung ausgestattet werden.
Ihre Produktivität hängt weitgehend von der Feuchtigkeit
und von der Korngröße der sprühgetrockneten Preßmassen

powder
The SPL 120 screen, thanks to its high frequency vibration,
allows perfect sifting of spray-dried powders, guaranteeing
low noise and cleanliness. It is possible to equip the machine
with an anticondensate kit with machine parts coated with
teflon and a net cleaning device.
Machine productivity mainly depends on the humidity and particle size of the spray-dried powder. The follwing
table shows hourly machine production values. Such values are only to be taken as a rough guide.

setacciatura in continuo degli smalti che alimentano le vasche
per i punti applicativi.

Glasierlinie angebracht.
