dello sport. Dopo una serie di sponsorizzazioni minori nel calcio e nel ciclismo, nel 1994 si è avvicinata con grande entusiasmo allo sport di livello

L’aspiratore monofase puo essere utilizzato per i più
svariati compiti e in diversi settori - dal metalmeccanico,
all’alimentare, dalla chimica, all’edile e all’automobilistica per aspirare polveri, trucioli e anche liquidi.
La tensione e le potenze utilizzate - 230 V e da 1 a 3 kW
- fanno di questi aspiratori degli strumenti adeguati
all’aspirazione di quantità non eccessive di materiale
e a utilizzi non continuativi, come pulizie di ambienti di

su linee di produzione, il ceramico, il tessile, l’alimentare
e il chimico tra i principali.

textile, food and chemical companies being amongst the

Le potenze da 2,2 a 4 kW offrono un ottimo rapporto
qualità/prezzo, in quanto si adeguano perfettamente a
compiti impegnativi, ma sono anche studiati per essere
pratici e per adeguarsi a impieghi specifici, senza con
questo rappresentare un impegno economico elevato.

I due valori depressione e portata d’aria sono da
rapportarsi al peso specifico del materiale da aspirare:
quando questo è pari o superiore a 3 occorre disporre
di una grande depressione, mentre una portata d’aria
elevata permette di aspirare grandi quantità di prodotto
con peso specifico leggero (~ 1)
Inoltre, per scegliere correttamente l’aspiratore adeguato
alle vostre esigenze, ricordate che la potenza sviluppata
da un motore non garantisce da sola l’efficacia
dell’aspirazione: infatti, 200 m3/h di aria aspirata
necessitano di una superficie filtrante pari a 1 mq. per
essere filtrata correttamente (secondo BIA ZH 1/487).
The two vacuum and flow rate values depend on the specific
weight of the vacuumed material: when this is 3 or more, a
high vacuuming action will be required, while a higher air
flow rate will allow large quantities of material with a low
specific weight (~ 1) to be cleaned up.
To choose the right exhauster for your needs, remember
that the power developed by a motor will not be able
to guarantee exhausting efficiency on its own. 200 m3/h
of exhausted air require a 1 sq.m filtering area in order to be
filtered (according to BIA ZH 1/487).

collegato, trattiene grazie all’ingresso ciclonico la
quasi totalità del materiale aspirato permettendo solo
alla polvere più leggera di raggiungere il filtro dell’aspiratore. Il cassonetto è montato su un telaio con 4
ruote per facilitarne lo spostamento e ha una
capienza di 400 l.
Per il suo svuotamento è necessario l’uso di un
carrello elevatore, essendo provvisto di apposite
staffe.
Tippable separator skip
When connected to a powerful vacuum the skip becomes
an extension to the vacuum with all the vacuumed debris
being contained within in the skip and only the very fine
dust carrying over into the vacuum.The skip is built on a
chassis with 4 wheels and fork lift points. This enables the
skip to be lifted and tipped allowing the debris to be
dumped into your normal disposable container.

Quando il punto da trattare non è accessibile ad
un aspiratore mobile; se è necessario asportare o
recuperare grandi quantità di residuo; per disporre
di più punti di aspirazione contemporaneamente;

When the point to treat cannot be reached by a
mobile exhauster; when large quantities of material
must be removed or recovered; when exhausters must

La finalità aziendale della CFM è di aspirare
ogni residuo di lavorazione, migliorare la sicurezza e la produttività sul lavoro, garantendo la

Fino ad oggi CFM ha promosso con successo
l’uso di aspiratori industriali a questo scopo.
Oggi, con l’esperienza formata in oltre 20 anni,
CFM aggiunge alla propria gamma altre due
linee
di produzione: impianti di aspirazione
centralizzata e trasportatori pneumatici, presenti da tempo sul mercato con il nome
“CFM Impianti”.
The aim of CFM is, by using its industrial
vacuums, to remove every type of waste found
in the workplace thereby improving safety and
productivity and guaranteeing the cleanliness
and hygiene in the working environment.
So far CFM has successfully promoted the use
of its industrial vacuums for this aim.
