If an excursions is cancelled due to weather conditions, it will be
rescheduled. If the passenger is unable to reschedule a full refund
will be given.
If an “Act of God” occurs after the boat has set sail, refunds will not
be given.
In the event that a passenger is unable to or chooses not to travel
less than 24hrs prior to departure, refunds or alterations will be
down to the operators discretion.
Sea Adventure Excursions reserves the right, in their discretion and
acting reasonably, to alter the departure time, vessel and departure
point, as and when required.
Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure or
seats can be reassigned.
Refunds will not be given if you overstay and miss the boat.
Third parties selling our excursions are regulary monitored, but we
can not accept responsibility for any assurances or guarantees provided by Travel Agents, hotel employees or suppliers of any kind.
