Approval was given by the Board to section 2 of the Indian Hill development of the Steph|i M. Ruden Corp., decision on which had been postponed from the Board's previous hearing at a special meeting when the Board requested that on 18 per cent grade on one of the subdivision's roads be reduced to 16 per cent. Approval was granted on com pliance with this requirement. The new development is about 25 acres in extent, and is platted for 22 houses. A preliminary hearing on sec tion 3 of J.
