Il presente listino decorre da aprile 2014, e può
essere variato senza preavviso.
VARIAZIONE ORDINI
Le eventuali variazioni da apportare agli ordini
trasmessi verranno accettate solo entro 5 giorni
dal ricevimento della nostra conferma d’ordine.
IVA
I prezzi indicati nel seguente listino sono con
IVA esclusa.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA
I termini di consegna indicati nella conferma
d’ordine hanno unicamente valore indicativo.
Non si accettano penalità, nè responsabilità per
ritardata consegna.
PRODOTTO
I dati tecnici del seguente listino sono indicativi
e possono subire variazioni o modifiche.
Il tempo ed i fattori climatici-ambientali possono
determinare variazioni di colore e tonalità tali
da non garantire l’uniformità con elementi
acquistati in tempi diversi.
CONFORMITÀ AI CAMPIONARI
I campionari di legni, vetri, laccature sono
soltanto indicativi, non essendo possibile
tecnicamente assicurare la costanza di tinta
nel tempo. Non si garantisce l’uniformità
di venature e colore delle essenze
nell’abbinamento tra i diversi pezzi. Nel caso
di vendita su campione, il campione serve
unicamente ad indicare in modo approssimativo
la qualità, ai sensi dell’art. 1552, II comma,
Codice Civile.
RESTITUZIONE
Non si accettano resi di merce, se non
espressamente autorizzati per iscritto e franchi
di ogni spesa al magazzino della nostra sede.
CONSEGNE
La consegna si intende valida ad ogni effetto
anche se fatta a mezzo spedizioniere o
vettore. Spetta al destinatario verificare il
peso della merce, il numero dei colli o lo stato
dell’imballaggio prima del ritiro e fare le dovute
riserve al vettore o allo spedizioniere, essendo
questi ultimi responsabili di mancanze o di
avarie che non potranno in alcun modo e per
nessuna ragione essere imputate alla fornitrice.
Per ordini di importi minimi la consegna verrà
prorogata per poterli raggruppare con eventuali
ordini, qual’ora venga richiesta la consegna
immediata, verranno consegnati franco corriere
a vostro carico.
RECLAMI
Non si accettano reclami se non inviati, in sede
e per iscritto a mezzo lettera raccomandata,
entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
Si declina ogni responsabilità in ordine al
montaggio dei prodotti.
FORO COMPETENTE
Per ogni controversia è competente il Foro di
Monza.
La ditta Attilio Sala si riserva la facoltà di modificare
o eliminare i prodotti sul seguente listino.
NOTE
I costi degli imballi variano in base alle
destinazioni e tutto ciò che non è di serie sarà
preventivato su richiesta.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE SAMPLE
The samples of wood, glass, lacquer are only
indicative, not being technically possible to
ensure the consistency of color over time. We
do not guarantee the uniformity of grain and
color of the essences in the matching between
the different pieces. In the case of sale by
sample, the sample is used only to give an
approximate quality, pursuant to art. 1552 II
paragraph of the Italian Civil Code.
RETURN
We do not accept returns of merchandise,
unless expressly authorized in writing and francs
of costs to the warehouse of our home.
DELIVERIES
Delivery is valid for all purposes even if made
by shipper or carrier. It is up to the recipient to
check the weight of the goods, the number of
packages or the condition of the packaging
before the withdrawal and make the necessary
reservations to the carrier or to the shipper,
the latter being responsible for failures or faults
which may in any way and for no reason to be
charged to the supplier. For orders of minimum
amounts the delivery will be extended to be
able to group with any orders, but on occasions
demand is immediate, will be delivered free
courier at your expense.
COMPLAINTS
No claims will be accepted if sent, when and
in writing by registered letter within 8 days
from receipt of goods. We accept no liability in
relation to assembly of products.
JURISDICTION
The court of Monza shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the
terms and conditions mentioned above.
The company Attilio Sala reserves the right to
modify or delete the products on the following
list.
NOTES
Packaging costs vary according to the
destinations.
Non-standard products will be quoted on
request.

This order shall take effect from April 2014 and
may be changed without notice.
CHANGE ORDERS
Any changes to be made to orders placed will
only be accepted within 5 days of receipt of our
order confirmation.
VAT
The prices indicated in the following list are
exclusive of VAT.
TERMS OF DELIVERY

confirmation are only indicative. We do not
accept penalty or liability for late delivery.
