Demontage des originalen Unterfahrschutzes
Den originalen Kunststoff-Unterfahrschutz demontieren. Schrauben aufbewahren, sie werden für die Montage des Alu-Unterfahrschutzes benötigt.

Dismount the original plastic underride protection. Save the screws to mount
the aluminum underride protection.

Mounting
Position the aluminum underride protection by inserting the tabs in the ATV
frame.
Position the mounting panels at the top of the frame.
Screw the aluminum underride protection to the mounting panels with the
M8x20 flat-head screws.
Use the original screw to attach the aluminum underride protection at the
central mounting point.
Position the clamps on the left and right side of the frame.

Screw the aluminum underride protection to the rear frame tube using the
original screws.

Smontare la protezione del fondo in plastica originale. Conservare le viti, verranno riutilizzate per il montaggio della protezione del fondo in alluminio.
Posizionare la lamiera di fissaggio in alto sul telaio.

Avvitare la protezione del fondo in alluminio con le viti a testa svasata
M8x20 sulle lamiere di fissaggio.
Per fissare la protezione del fondo in alluminio al centro utilizzare la vite
originale.
Posizionare le fascette a sinistra e a destra del telaio.

Avvitare la protezione del fondo in alluminio sulle linguette con le viti
M6x16 .

Démontage du sabot d’origine
Déposer le sabot d'origine en plastique. Conserver les vis, qui seront réutilisées pour le montage du sabot en aluminium.
Montage
Positionner le sabot en aluminium au cadre du quad au moyen des pattes.
FRANCAIS
Positionner les supports sur le cadre.

Fixer le sabot aux supports au moyen des vis à tête fraisée M8x20.
Utiliser la vis d'origine pour fixer le sabot à la partie centrale.
Mettre en place les colliers à gauche et à droite sur le châssis.
Fixer le sabot aux colliers au moyen des vis M6x16.
Fixer le sabot sur le tube arrière du châssis au moyen des vis d'origine.

Desmontaje de la protección inferior de marcha original
Desmontar la protección inferior de marcha original de material sintético.
Conservar los tornillos, se necesitan para el montaje de la protección inferior de marcha de aluminio.
Montaje
Posicionar la protección inferior de marcha de aluminio con las lengüetas
en el bastidor del ATV.
Atornillar la protección inferior de marcha de aluminio con los tornillos de
cabeza rebajada M8x20 en las chapas de fijación.

Posicionar las chapas de fijación arriba en el bastidor.

Para la fijación de la protección inferior de marcha de aluminio en el
punto de fijación medio utilizar el tornillo original.
Posicionar las abrazaderas en el bastidor a la izquierda y a la derecha.
Atornillar la protección inferior de marcha de aluminio con los tornillos
M6x16 en las abrazaderas.
Atornillar la protección inferior de marcha de aluminio en el tubo del
bastidor trasero con los tornillos originales.
