The machine has a
cylindrical steel body
supported by four couples

The internal rotor is
constituted by vertical
beaters with paddles and
blades. The gap between
beaters and screen can be
adjusted.
The motor is co-axial to
the rotor.
The nylon screen is
fastened along its whole
height.
The product inlet is
located on top of the
machine.
The screen sifting surface
is kept clean thanks to the
vibration of the whole
cylindrical body. The
vibratory motion is
generated by means of
counter weights fixed onto
the rotor shaft.
The vibratory motion
allows an efficient sifting
and in the meanwhile
prevents product from
remaining onto the walls.

lame. La distanza degli
stessi dal mantello può
essere regolata.
Il motore è installato
assialmente al rotore.
Il mantello è in tessuto di
nylon bloccato in tutta la
sua altezza.
L’entrata del prodotto é
nella parte superiore della
macchina.
La superficie stacciante é
mantenuta pulita grazie alla
vibrazione di tutta la cassa
cilindrica ottenuta per
mezzo di masse
eccentriche poste sul
rotore.
La vibrazione consente una
costante efficienza di
stacciatura impedendo,
contemporaneamente, il
deposito di prodotto lungo
le pareti.
