La novità per il 2016 della Coppa del Chianti Classico è la FIA HHC Nations Cup. La FIA Federation
Internationale dell’Automobile ha assegnato l’effettuazione della Coppa delle Nazioni alla gara senese che
vedrà, all’interno della gara stessa, i piloti provenienti dai diversi stati Europei sfidarsi per la conquista di
questa ambita Coppa che andrà a riconoscere il valore sul campo dei conduttori che sul filo dei secondi,
decimi e centesimi salgono alla conquista dei più alti gradini del podio per portare nella vetrina della loro
Nazione il riconoscimento del loro valore alla guida di vetture che rappresentano la storia
dell’automobilismo. La FIA Historic Hill Climb Nations Cup sarà il Master per le vetture storiche e un
riconoscimento da parte della FIA alla Coppa del Chianti Classico che rappresenta la più importante realtà
nel mondo delle gare in salita riservate alle autostoriche. Una gara che ogni anno vede la partecipazione di
numerosi piloti pronti a darsi battaglia sugli 8,000 km. che dal Molino di Quercegrossa portano a Castellina
in Chianti in una tra le più belle e affascinanti strade del Chianti in un paesaggio tra viti e olivi riconosciuto
tra i più belli del mondo. Numeri da record di concorrenti che al termine di una stagione agonistica sono
pronti a confrontarsi nelle varie categorie con gli altri piloti per conquistare la vittoria nella Coppa del
Chianti Classico. Per i piloti, per gli appassionati e per il pubblico è “Un Evento da non Perdere”. Non resta
che attendere la fine di settembre per accendere i motori e dare il via alla 37^ Coppa del Chianti Classico.
