N.B. Italian highways are patrolled for speed by radar detectors hidden alongside the highways as well
as underneath overpasses. To avoid traffic tickets, be aware of these. Speed limits are posted along all streets
and highways.
Also, there are tollbooths on the way to the property. There is someone at the tollbooths most of the time.
However, in the case of early or late arrivals, you may want to make sure that you have some change before
leaving. When paying tolls, make sure that you get into the lanes with the workers or machines that accept
coins or euros. Do NOT go to the Telepass lane.

Departure Aeroporto Intercontinentale Leonardo da Vinci Roma - Fiumicino.

Continue along Via Leonardo Da Vinci for 0.8 km.
3. Continue along Via Mario De Bernardi towards GRANDE RACCORDO ANULARE – ROMA – AUTOSTRADE for approximately 1.3km.
4. Take A91 towards A1 – FIRENZE – SS1 – VIA AURELIA for approximately 13 km.

Head towards VIA DELLA MAGLIANA – ALITALIA – CENTRO DIREZIONALE – VIA DELLA PISANA – REGIONE LAZIO – VIA DEL PESCACCIO – SS1 – AURELIA – A1 – E35 – FIRENZE.
6. Head towards GRANDE RACCORDO ANULARE – SS1 – AURELIA – SS2 – CASSIA – SS2BIS – VITERBO.

Continue along on A90 for 29 km.

Head towards: EXIT 8 - EXIT 9 - EXIT 10 - SS4 – SALARIA – RIETI – ROMA – SALARIO – VIA DI SETTEBAGNI – A1 – E35 – ROMA NORD – FIRENZE.

Head towards CIAMPINO – NOMENTANA – NAPOLI – L’AQUILA – TERAMO – PESCARA – A1.

Head towards SP22A – NOMENTANA – E35 – E45 – A1 – NAPOLI – A24 – L’AQUILA – TERAMO- E80 – A25 – PESCARA – CIAMPINO.

Head towards EXIT 10 - FIRENZE.

Continue along on A1/E35 for 23 km.

In Roma Nord purchase ticket.

Head towards FIRENZE.

Continue along on A1/E35 for 145 km.

Take the exit towards VALDICHIANA – BETTOLLE – SINALUNGA.

In Valdichiana Bettolle Sinalunga pay the toll.

Head towards FOIANO DELLA CHIANA – PERUGIA – ASSISI – GUBBIO – CORTONA – RAPOLANO TERME - SIENA.

Continue along on SS327/SP327 for approximately 1km.

At the roundabout take the 1st exit and continue along on SS73/E78 for approximately 44 km.

Turn right into E78 towards TANGENZIALE SUD – FIRENZE – GROSSETO and continue for approximately 0.6 km.

Close to CASONE continue along on SS223 / E78 for approximately 3 km.

Turn right into TANGENZIALE SIENA OVEST towards SIENA – FIRENZE – A1 – BOLOGNA and continue for approximately 7km.

Continue along on SUPERSTRADA FIRENZE – SIENA for 1,4 km.
25.
Continue along on RA3 for approximately 15km.

Take the exit towards COLLE VAL D’ELSA SUD (the first exit you find of Colle Val D’Elsa).

At the stop sign make a left turn.

After about 100 meters, you will approach your first of three roundabouts. Continue
straight in the direction of SP541 GROSSETO, which is indicated at the top of the
roundabout sign.

After the first roundabout, you will continue straight for 1.6 km
and approachyour second roundabout. Again, continue straight
in the direction of SP541 GROSSETO, which is indicated at the
top of the roundabout sign.

After the second roundabout, you will continue for 1.4 km and approach
the third and last roundabout. Again, continue in the direction of
SP541 GROSSETO, which is indicated at the top of the roundabout sign.

31. After the third roundabout, you will travel approximately 1.1 km continuing in the direction of GROSSETO and will approach a little two-lane bridge. Veer right over the two-lane bridge and continue straight along this road for roughly 7 km. NOTE: Immediately after crossing the bridge,
there is a sign on your right for Casole d’Elsa. Do NOT turn. Continue along SP541.
32. After 7 km, there will be a TOTAL gas station on your left and a small bar/restaurant on your right called La Speranza. Continue straight for 0.7 km after La Speranza to the property entrance. NOTE: After La Speranza, Do NOT turn right toward Casole d’Elsa.
33. Continuing straight after La Speranza for 0.7 km, you will see some
horses and a little farm on your left. There will be a RALLENTARE 50
SIGN with two blinking lights on top of it on your right. Twenty meters
after this sign, there is a gravel road on your righthand side and a small
AZIENDA AGRICOLA DEL CASTELLO DI CASOLE sign. Turn right
onto this road.
NOTE: If you pass the green sign for Molinod’Elsa Pizzeria,
you’ve gone too far.
34. Take this road for about 3.3 km and follow the white signs
for CETENA. This road changes from a gravel road to a
paved one and then back to a gravel road. You will pass
LA CASA on your left, SAN GIUSEPPE on your right, then
SAN REGOLO on your right. Finally, UFFICI AMMINISTRATIVI
is on your right. After this building, there is an intersection.
Turn left and you will arrive at CETENA and the concierge office.
