Praga: concerto del gruppo salentino Officina Zoè
L’Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Praga è lieto di annunciare il concerto del
gruppo di musicisti salentini in programma venerdì 9 ottobre 2015 alle
ore 20.00 nella Villa Štvanice, sull’omonima isola di Praga 7. L’Officina
Zoè, ambasciatrice della pizzica nel mondo, è una band trascinante e dal
sound inconfondibile. L’elemento di forza del gruppo è la ricerca
costante della trance e della ciclicità insita nel ritmo arcano dei
tamburelli. La band – che vanta numerose partecipazioni a festival e
collaborazioni in campo teatrale e cinematografico, in particolare con il
regista Edoardo Winspeare – presenterà a Praga il nuovo album
“Mamma Sirena”. Il concerto è organizzato dall’agenzia Rachot
Production, in collaborazione con l’Istituto Italiano di Cultura.

Italský kulturní institut v Praze oznamuje koncert hudební skupiny ze
Salenta, regionu v jihovýchodní části Itálie, který se uskuteční v pátek 9.
října ve 20.00 hodin ve Vile Štvanice v Praze 7. Officina Zoe je strhující
skupina s nezaměnitelným zvukem, která oživuje ve světě tradici
známou jako „pizzica“. Vrací se tak k rituálu spojenému s transem
umocněným periodickým opakováním tajemného rytmu tamburín,
kterým se ještě ve 20. století léčilo kousnutí pavoukem tarantulí. Skupina
se může pyšnit účastí na mnoha významných festivalech a spoluprací v
divadelní a filmové oblasti, např. s neapolským režisérem Edoardem
Winspearem, s nímž natočila tři filmy. Do Prahy přijíždí skupina
představit své nové album „Mamma Sirena“. Koncert je pořádán hudební
agenturou Rachot Production a koná se ve spolupráci s Italským
kulturním institutem.

The Italian Culture Institute of Prague is glad to announce the concert by
the group Officina Zoè scheduled on Friday 9th October 2015 at 8 p.m.
at the Vila Štvanice, Prague 7. The group sparks off the revival of the
Pizzica, one of the oldest and most fascinating types of rhythm and
traditional dancing in Salento. Officina Zoè is the most popular
expression of the Pizzica also thanks to the collaboration with the film
director Edoardo Winspeare. The group is coming to Prague to present
its new album “Mamma Sirena“. The concert is organized by Rachot
Production Agency in collaboration with the Italian Culture Institute in
Prague.
