Le molteplici caratteristiche delle porte tagliafuoco Ballan:
• Realizzata con telaio angolare in profilato di lamiera d’acciaio zincata e anta tamburata in lamiera zincata,
coibentata con materiali isolanti, spessore totale 60 mm, senza battuta inferiore.
• Misure disponibili: ad una anta fino a L 134 e H 267 cm, a due ante fino a L 254 e H 267 cm.
• Due cerniere, di cui una a molla per l’autochiusura ed una dotata di sfere reggispinta e viti per la

REI 60 and REI 120 are the fire door models constructed by Ballan, with
type approval certification by the Ministry of the Interior in compliance with
standard UNI 9723. With external galvanised steel plate (gauge 8/10) and heat
insulating core. Thanks to the painstaking design, these doors offer top quality
mechanical strength and optimal fire resistance.

The manifold features of the Ballan fire doors:
• Constructed with an angular frame in galvanised steel plate and hollow-core
leaf in galvanised steel plate, with heat insulating core, total thickness 60 mm,
without lower striker.
• Sizes available: single leaf up to L 134 and H 267 cm, two-leaf up to L 254

• Two-hinges, one spring-operated for automatic closure and one with thrust

• Réalisées avec bâti angulaire en profilé de tôle d’acier galvanisé, vantail avec
parements en tôle galvanisée sur âme constituée de matériaux isolants, épaisseur totale 60 mm, sans feuillure inférieure.
• Mesures disponibles: à un vantail jusqu’à L 134 e H 267 cm, à deux vantaux

• Deux charnières, dont une à ressort pour la fermeture automatique et une

Color Wood fire door with “wood effect” smooth paint finish, available on the
door surfaces in the various types as specified below. Available also for reversible
and non-reversible multi-purpose doors. The frame features an embossed
paint finish in the selected RAL colour, while the edge trim of the leaf features
a smooth paint finish in the same colour as the frame. The safety handle is
supplied in black (as standard) or is available on request in stainless steel,
metallic grey Ral 9006, light grey Ral 7035, yellow Ral 1023, or white Ral 9010.
The handles are supplied in special wooden crate packaging with an outer nylon
wrapping, with the leaf and frame to be assembled on site.

bâti est laqué dans la finition gaufrée avec teintes Ral sélectionnées, tandis que

technique that enables users to personalise their door with a design, symbol or
photographic image as required. The choice is yours.
The decorative finish, with vector patterns or images on the Color Idea fire door is
applied by ink jet printing with special inks on the smooth surface of the door leaf, while
the decoration is protected by means of a special transparent varnish with smooth
or embossed finish according to the selected decoration. As well as the decorations
offered by Ballan, personalised versions are also available with either vector patterns
or photographic images (high resolution tif format). For prices of decorated doors, a
personalised quote will be drawn up for the specific case. Color Idea is also available
