APPLICATION :
By spraying.
Base-coat EM 2330
Sanding of the substrate.
1st coat : EM 2330 added with 100% of EM C.60 and reduced with 50% of EM 722; amount to
apply is 180 gr/sqm.
Drying-time : at least 12 hours.
Sanding of the 1st coat.
2nd coat : EM 2330 added with 100% of EM C.60 and reduced with 25% of EM 722; amount to
apply is 150 gr/sqm.
Top-coat EM 2332
Drying-time (of the base-coat) : at least 24 hours.
Sanding of the base-coat.
3rd coat : EM 2332 added with 100% of EM C.60 and reduced with 20% of EM 722; amount to
apply is 150 gr/sqm.
Total amount of wet products applied: 480 gr/sqm.

EMPLOYMENTS:
These products are suitable for a full varnishing system of flat panels and rounded furniture and
fittings both.
SPECIAL WARNING/REMARK:
the following materials can not be treated with this varnishing system:
· ) veneered panels, based on sheared and/or flaked wood, glued by thermoplastic resins.
· ) assembled materials, divided into cells or strips structured, including cavity of air or filled with
different materials.
For these materials, specific tests of fire reaction must be necessarily made by authorized
laboratories, in observance of the law.
The method of the application and the amount to apply must be fixed for each different case.
MAINTENANCE/CLEANING:
It is unnecessary a maintenance treatment if the film is undamaged.
It is possible clean the surface with neutral or mild detergent.
WARNING:
Shake energetically the products before the use..
Take care to have thoroughly mixed the two components (varnish and hardener) before to add the
thinner. It is not possible to apply the products without the adding of the hardener.
The top-coat EM 2332 is not overcoatable: if it was necessary a 2nd coat of top-coat, the 1st one
should be completely dried and lightly sanded before to apply.
