Modenatur will confirm your reservation through e-mail. If the hotel you choose will be fully booked, we will get in contact
to offer you a different accomodation.
3. CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD:
 DIRECTLY IN HOTEL WITH CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE: The payment can be done directly in hotel, indicating a valid
credit card to guarantee your reservation. In case of “No Show” (the client doesn’t check-in on the arrival day) or in case of
late cancellation (2 days before arrival), the price of the first nighe will be charged on the credit card used to guarantee the
reservation. Please fill all the fields requered and enclose copy of the card holder’s ID

4. CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation must be sent to Modenatur via e-mail or via fax. No penality fee will be applied for cancellations received
by Modenatur before 11.00 am of may 23rd 2013. For cancellations received by Modenatur after this limit or in cases of
“no-show” (The guests do not check-in at the hotel on the arrival day) a penality fee (the price of the first night cancelled
for every cancelled rooms) will be applied. If the cancellation message will arrive to Modenatur on closing days, the first
working day will be considered the day of the cancellation. (Opening time: mon 2.30pm – 6.30 pm / tue-fri 9.00am –
1.00pm and 2.30pm – 6.30 pm)
Le cancellazioni devono pervenire a Modenatur in forma scritta (Fax o via e-mail). Nessuna penale per cancellazioni
ricevuto da Modenatur entro le ore 12.00 del giorno 23 maggio 2013 salvo diverse indicazioni specificate nella conferma di
prenotazione.
