Sono le macchine della tradizione NEBES: l’unica azienda
Italiana che può vantare di produrre, ancora oggi, l’intera
gamma delle smerigliatrici da banco in Italia, seguendo
i canoni di costruzione che da svariati decenni dettano le
regole della qualità.
Diverse tipologie di macchine ma costruite tutte con la
stessa filosofia: un corpo centrale e due calotte, per
resistere anche a fortissime spinte sulla mola o sulla
spazzola, senza nessuna deformazione sia dell’albero
motore che della carcassa.
Niente a che vedere con le macchine d’importazione o
realizzate in due metà, ovvero con la carcassa divisa
nel mezzo: i nostri maestri forgiatori, infilano lo statore
ancora come si faceva 50 anni fa, ovvero per dilatazione
del metallo, senza l’uso di nemmeno una vite. Il corpo
centrale viene riscaldato e quando, per effetto del calore
si dilata di alcuni decimi di millimetro, viene infilato lo
statore che, una volta raffreddato, forma un corpo unico
con la carcassa centrale.
Ecco perché oggi siamo gli unici a poterci permettere
il lusso di offrirvi 3, 5 e fino a 10 anni di garanzia alle
nostre smerigliatrici, pulitrici e combinate da banco e
su colonna.

Every single part compones these tools represent the
highest level of completely “Made in Italy” machinery,
studied, projected and assembled for every kind of user.

The common denominator in all our machinery is the
total absence of vibrations together with induction
hi-performances motors permits our machinery to be
used for prolonged periods and for heavy duty works.

This second line of Nebes’ bench grinders is build for
industrial usage. As well as the Special Line, a bimetallic
thermal guard inserted internally in the copper coiling,
constantly protects the motor and saves it from eventual
overload guaranteeing a virtually unlimited life.
All the motors are made of hi-efficiency German
magnetic steels offering higher power for intensive
usage: Adjustable anti-crash eye protection shields‚
spark deflectors‚ wheel guards and tool rests are integral
cooling trough is included in the base of the machine
(B200).

Come le smerigliatrici della Serie Special anche le SE
Industriali hanno al proprio interno un protettore termico
bimetallico che protegge costantemente il motore e lo
preserva da eventuali sovraccarichi garantendo una vita
pressoché illimitata della smerigliatrice. Costruite in
allumino pressofuso sono disponibili con motorizzazioni
potenziate per utilizzi professionali in officine di medie
dimensioni. Tutte le motorizzazioni di questa serie sono
realizzate con lamierini magnetici, di produzione tedesca,
ad alto rendimento.

“S LINE” CAST IRON HEAVY-DUTY BENCH GRINDERS
These machines, projected for continuous and intense use in
industry, absorb and reduce the already low vibrations due to
their weight and guaranteeing raised precision. The motors are
constructed in low leakage German magnetic steel for higher
production in any work situation. The grinding wheel clamp
flanges are machined to guarantee a maximum parallelism
during the coupling with abrasive wheels. Diameters and
thickness of the flanges are superior to EC reference Norms.
Sheet plate of different thicknesses are used for the chain guard:
2.5mm for 150mm diameters
3.0mm for 200mm and 250mm diameters
3.5mm for 300mm diameters
8.0* for 400mm diameters
* (10mm grinding wheel side, 8mm diameter and 6mm on the
external)
On all machines in this category an optional low tension (24 V)
power box is available.
Available on request: high quality inverter speed control and
progressive brake made in Japan.

Macchine con indirizzo industriale e per un utilizzo intenso e continuativo, assorbono le già minime vibrazioni riducendole
ulteriormente per merito del proprio peso e garantendo un’altissima precisione. I motori sono realizzati con lamierini magnetici
tedeschi a bassa perdita per un altissimo rendimento in qualsiasi situazione di lavoro. Le flangie bloccamola vengono tornite
da entrambe i lati per garantire il massimo del parallelismo durante l’accoppiamento con la mola abrasiva. Il diametro e lo
spessore delle flangie sono superiori a quanto richiesto dalle Normative CE di riferimento.
Su tutte le macchine di questa categoria è disponibile, come opzionale, il comando a bassa tensione a 24 V. Naturalmente
vengono fornite senza mole e/o spazzole lasciando la scelta delle stesse all’utilizzatore fra la gamma degli accessori NEBES,
che propone esclusivamente prodotti italiani di altissima qualità,
per un migliore resa delle smerigliatrici industriali, che vengono
ulteriormente equilibrati al proprio interno.
Sono disponibili su richiesta, controlli di velocità e di frenata
progressiva attraverso inverter Giapponesi: altissima qualità
senza compromessi anche in tutti i nostri accessori!

è l’unica affilatrice che viene garantita 3 anni. AL250, sia in versione monofase che in versione trifase, per i professionisti

Una macchina per ogni esigenza di affilatura. La velocità di rotazione ridotta della mola a bagno d’acqua permette di ottenere
