CAP BORA rappresenta la massima espressione tecnologica dell’aspirazione sottovuoto e del trasporto pneumatico di materiali polverosi, fangosi e liquidi anche pericolosi. L’attrezzatura unisce la massima efficienza, in condizioni di lavoro molto gravose,
all’altissima potenza di aspirazione in funzione della vasta gamma di pompe del vuoto
che si possono applicare, con portate tra 6.500 m3/h a 11.000 m3/h con vuoto massimo del 95%. Lo speciale vano filtri integrato alla cisterna garantisce la perfetta efficienza di aspirazione e una lunga durata delle calze filtranti; il coperchio ad apertura
e chiusura idraulica semplifica le operazioni di manutenzione. L’esclusivo sistema di
scarico automatico delle polveri dal vano filtri alla cisterna, permette il deflusso continuo delle polveri senza interrompere l’aspirazione, eliminando i tempi morti. L’esclusivo sistema di scarico pneumatico ad eiettore consente lo scarico delle polveri fino
a 60 m di altezza. CAP BORA può operare in diverse realtà industriali equipaggiato
anche con pompe ad alta e altissima pressione, garantendo una lunga durata ai suoi
componenti anche quando vengono aspirati materiali abrasivi ed aggressivi.
CAP BORA is the maximum technological expression of vacuum loading and pneumatic transport of even hazardous dry and dusty materials and liquids.
The equipment combines maximum efficiency even in the toughest working conditions with very high suction power, thanks to the vast range of vacuum pumps
available, with flow rates of between 6,500 m3/h and 11,000 m3/h and a maximum
vacuum of 95%. The special filter housing incorporated in the tank guarantees perfect suction efficiency and extends the working life of the filter bags, while the cover
with hydraulic opening and closing simplifies maintenance. The exclusive automatic
system for discharging the dust from the filter housing into the tank maintains a
continuous dust flow without having to interrupt suction, thus eliminating down time.
The exclusive pressure offloading system enables the dust to be offloaded at a height
of up to 60 m. CAP BORA can operate in various industrial sectors and be fitted with
high and very high pressure pumps, extending the working life of the components,
even when vacuum loading abrasive and aggressive materials.

to an air compressor, self-discharging of the filtered material into

pneumatico che esclude il filtro polveri.
