Unico aumento di rilievo in Europa nella prima metà del mese riguarda il CDS Pilkington (Edilizia/Costruzioni), che passa da 35 a 193bps in due settimane, mentre al contrario continua a scendere il prezzo del CDS Hellenic Telecom, che recupera oltre 500bps, e prezza ora 1.318bps. Stabili i prezzi dei Corporate CDS italiani sotto osservazione: in evidenza il costante calo del CDS TELECOM, che segna la maggiore variazione mensile (-105bps, prezza 281bps). Modesto incremento del solo CDS Finmeccanica (+12bps), ora a 533bps. Pochi gli aumenti riscontrati anche sui Corporate CDS americani, e tutti concentrati nel Settore Servizi Pubblici: +420bps sul CDS Edison Mission (a 2.688bps), +245bps per Energy Future a 2.595bps, +54 per Dynegy Holdings a 3.980bps. Segnaliamo infine il CDS Hovnanian (Home Builders), +248bps a 2.471bps. In costante diminuzione anche i CDS Austria e Germania, calati rispettivamente a 151 e 67bps. Tra i CDS Sovrani Emergenti spicca il netto restringimento del CDS Croazia, che segna la maggiore variazione mensile (-78bps) tra i CDS sotto osservazione: prezza attualmente 382bps. Registrano la stessa variazione (-38bps) i CDS Kazakhstan (prezza 190bps) e Bulgaria (249). CDS Russia a 160bps. In America il Governativo Usa scende ancora, portandosi a 32bps. Particolarmente rilevante nelle ultime due settimane la diminuzione dei CDS delle banche italiane, con un calo medio di 60bps. A guidare i ribassi (-73bps per entrambi) i CDS Banco Popolare, che prezza 440bps, e BMPS a 350bps. -68bps sul CDS Unicredit a 296bps, mentre CDS UBI prezza 325bps. CDS Intesa a 277bps. Decrementi consistenti si registrano praticamente senza eccezione su tutti i CDS considerati: prosegue in particolare la tendenza già evidenziata per le banche portoghesi Banco Comercial Portugues (-135bps) e Banco Espirito Santo (-92bps), che prezzano rispettivamente 1.007 e 799bps e segnano anche la maggiore variazione mensile. Costante anche la discesa dei prezzi di tutti i CDS bancari americani sotto osservazione.
