L’orientamento al Cliente ed alla tutela dell’ambiente rappresentano requisiti essenziali per ogni
scelta aziendale. Dal 2010 l’azienda ha pianificato ed attuato una politica di riduzione dell’impatto energetico ed ambientale attraverso una
costante attenzione ai processi ed ai prodotti.
Negli ultimi anni Telecontrolli è stata oggetto di
numerosissimi audit da parte dei clienti finalizzati
alla omologazione del processo.
I numeri
Oltre 270 clienti in tutto il mondo per una produzione con numeri
di primissiomo rielievo: ogni anno 140 km2 di allumina serigrafata
e 35 milioni di componenti per una produzione mensile media
di oltre 240.000 circuiti ibridi e moduli esportati per oltre il 70% in
tutto il mondo.
Un organico di 40 unità, fortemente specializzato in aree tecniche: Progettazione, Ingegnerie e
Processi e Qualità e 4 reparti produttivi: Serigrafia, Laser, SMT e Finitura/Collaudo. Una Camera
Bianca di circa 450mq.
R&D
La Ricerca & Sviluppo di Telecontrolli progetta
radiofrequenza, power e sensoristica realizzando prodotti innovativi.
Le ingegnerie assistono la R&S del cliente per la realizzazione di
moduli ibridi custom o per l’implementazione dei moduli radio
e dei sensori.
Le produzioni
Tre divisioni produttive: Hybrid Circuits, Radiofrequency, Power & Sensors. Prodotti e processi,
stabili, con la piena tracciabilità di materie prime e semilavorati, oltre ad una rigorosissima procedura di accreditamento dei fornitori di materie prime e componenti elettronici.

Gli impianti produttivi sono siti in Italia a Casoria (Na) Napoli, e
in Tunisia a Nabeul e sono in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza
produttiva sia sulle tirature limitate che sulle mass productions di
moduli standard e custom.
Il ciclo è completamente interno, fortemente
quality oriented e centrato sulle esigenze del
cliente/partner.

di anni di operato dove il punto focale delle strategie è stata la centralità del cliente.
