PACKAGING INFORMATIONS
Winemaking:
The basic wine is obtained by an accurate
white winemaking and stocked in stainless steel
tanks at 15°C.
The second fermentation to obtain the natural
perlage is carried out in autoclave tanks at low
temperature by adding selected yeasts
(Charmat method). The fermentation is abruptly
arrested by cooling the wine to 0°C. In this
stage the Semi-sparkling
Rose wine
harmonizes the grape varietal aromas with the
delicate pinch of the carbon dioxide giving a
great freshness on the palate.
