host in occasion of the “Vinum” event food, wine & travel blogger from
all over Italy to show them the different aspects of the land. They’ll go for a
walk through the vineyards, they’ll taste the best of our ancient traditional
gastronomy, they’ll drink some of the best wines of the worlds, they’ll experience the history of our area, but above all they’ll live our culture.From 29

Si proporranno specialità in versione “da asporto”, pasti semplici,
“mordi e fuggi”, per pochi euro, con la garanzia del sapore e della
qualità tipici della filosofia albese del mangiar bene. Sono molte le
rappresentanze delle regioni d’Italia che aderiranno al nuovo appuntamento. Quelle già confermate sono: Campania: Gelape, Gelato al latte di bufala;
Liguria: focaccia di Recco e farinata; Sicilia: arancini, pane e panelle, pane
“cà meusa”, cannoli, cassate, ecc..; Piemonte: fritto misto piemontese, pasta fresca, carne; Romagna: piada farcita; Toscana: lampredotto, trippa, ribollito; Lazio: fritto misto di pesce; Marche: olive ascolane, pannocchie arrostite; Abruzzo: arrosticini. Manifestazione realizzata grazie alla collaborazione della Condotta Alba, Langhe e Roero di Slowfood e dell’associazione
Street Food di Arezzo.
Durante la manifestazione i bar ed i ristoranti del centro storico, in collaborazione con l’ACA, contribuiranno all’evento con momenti di animazione e

19^ edizione: per tre venerdì di seguito, l'11, 18 e 25 Maggio
2012, alle ore 20,30, quindici ristoranti della zona d’origine del Barbaresco apriranno le loro porte ai commensali che vorranno trascorrere una serata piacevole in compagnia della loro cucina e dei Barbaresco
2009. In ogni locale saranno serviti al bicchiere circa 60 Barbaresco 2009
suddivisi nelle tre serate: un’occasione unica per capire ed apprezzare appieno la nuova annata. Le degustazione saranno rigorosamente alla cieca
e soltanto al termine della serata verranno svelati i nomi dei produttori; il
prezzo varia a seconda del ristorante, per le prenotazioni telefonare direttamente ai ristoranti.
