Estastir è un compound dedicato al Polistirolo per applicazione termoformatura, in grado di garantire

Estastir is a compound dedicated to the Polystyrene in the application thermoforming, that is able to assure
high performances both in terms of processing and in terms of finished product.
In particolare l’uso di Estastir utilizzato nella
produzione di piatti termoformati in polistirolo in
percentuali non inferiori al 10% consente di
ottenere un aumento della produttività unito ad
un
consistente
aumento
delle
proprietà
meccaniche del prodotto finito, inoltre le
straordinarie caratteristiche del prodotto ne
permettono l’utilizzo anche per la produzione di
bicchieri e bicchierini.
L’eccezionale aumento della rigidità del prodotto unito con il mantenimento delle caratteristiche elastiche consentono la diminuzione
degli spessori mantenendo il peso tipico del prodotto standard.
Inoltre le caratteristiche tipiche dell’Estastir eliminano i fenomeni di instabilità dimensionale come il ritiro e lo svergolamento.
Tutto questo, unito all’economicità dell’Estastir rendono questo prodotto irrinunciabile per tutti coloro che cercano qualità e
competitività per i loro prodotti.
In particular the use of Estastir in the production of Polystyrene thermoformed dishes, in percentages not below the 10 %, allows to obtain
an increase of the throughput together with a sensible improvement of the mechanical properties of the end product, besides this the
outstanding characteristic of the material suggest the use also in the production of cups .
The important increase of the stiffness, keeping the elasticity and the impact properties allows a decrease in the wall thickness keeping that
typical weight of the standard products.
The typical characteristic of the Estastir are able to cancel the possibility of dimensional instability like shrinkage and warpage.
