Mit dem bredent medical Zirkon-Schleifset whiteSKY erhalten Sie die wichtigsten
Formen in zwei Körnungen:
• Grob = rot = 120µm
• Fein = blau = 40 µm
Damit können Sie den Implantataufbau schnell und ohne Schwierigkeiten in die
gewünschte Form bringen.
Anwendungshinweise:
bredent medical empfiehlt mit der groben Körnung zunächst die Form zu präparieren
und anschließend mit der feinen Körnung die Oberfläche zu finieren.
Optimale Drehzahl: 150.000 U/min
Spraykühlung: mindestens 50 ml/min
Druck: nur mit geringem Druck arbeiten (< 2 N)
Das rote Winkelstück ist auf Grund des höheren Drehmoments der Turbine überlegen.

The zirconium material is becoming more and more popular in the field of dentistry.
It has also set new standards for esthetics and biocompatibility in implantology with
the introduction of the whiteSKY implant system. Preparation and processing of the
material, however, make heavy demands on rotary tools.
In long series of tests the bredent medical externa grinding tools exhibited exceptional
properties as far as processing of zirconium is concerned. Compared to standard tools,

The whiteSKY set for grinding zirconium includes the most frequently used shapes
in two grit sizes:
• Coarse = red = 120µm
• Fine = blue= 40 µm
These tools will enable you to achieve the desired shape of the implant structure
quickly and safely.
Application information:
bredent medical recommends to use the coarse grit size to first contour the shape and
then to finish the surface using the fine grit size.
Optimum speed: 150.000 rpm
Spray cooling: at least 50 ml/min
Pressure: exert only slight pressure (< 2 N)
Thanks to the higher speed, the red contra-angle is more suitable than the turbine.

Un ensemble de tests a démontré les remarquables propriétés des instruments abrasifs

standards, la double couche de diamant garantit :

• Une très bonne résistance de l’instrument
Avec le coffret de fraisage whiteSKY Zircone, vous disposez des formes essentielles
en deux granulométries:
• Gros grain = rouge = 120µm
• Grain fin = bleu = 40 µm
Vous pourrez ainsi façonner les piliers implantaires sans souci et rapidement.
Conseils aux utilisateurs:
bredent medical conseille d’effectuer la préparation d’abord avec l’instrument à gros
grain puis de finir la surface avec l’instrument à grain fin.

El material de circonio se esta considerando en el sector dental como una materia
agradable. También en la implantología está destacando con el sistema whiteSKY en
estética y biocompatibilidad. La preparación y repasado de dicho material exigen a los
instrumentos rotativos una características de corte especiales.
En diversas pruebas realizadas ha destacado la fresa de bredent medical eterna como
una fresa con unas características excepcionales al repasar circonio. La doble capa de
diamante demustra con respecto a fresas convencionales:
• Alto rendimiento al desgaste
• alta durabilidad
Con el surtido de repasado para circonio whiteSKY obtendrán las formas más importantes en dos granos:
• grueso = rojo = 120 µm
• fino = azul = 40 µm
Con dicho surtido podrán repasar el pilar de circonio de manera rápida y sin dificultad
a la forma deseada.
Consejos de manipulación:
bredent medical aconseja comenzar con el grado de grano más grueso para darle la
forma y a continuación alisar la superficie con el grano más fino.
Revoluciones aconsejadas: 150.000 rev./min.
Refigeración en spray: mínimo 50 ml/min.
Presión: trabajar con mínima presión (<2 N)
El conttra-ángulo rojo es por su alta rotaciones de la turbina superior.

Lo zirconio è un materiale sempre più apprezzato in campo odontoiatrico. Anche in
implantologia, con il sistema implantare whiteSKY, si impone per ciò che concerne
l’aspetto estetico e la biocompatibilità. La preparazione e la lavorazione hanno però
esigenze particolari per gli strumenti rotanti.
Nella lunga serie di test effettuati, le frese bredent medical eterna hanno dimostrato
eccellenti proprietà nella lavorazione dello zirconio. Rispetto alle frese convenzionali,
la speciale doppia diamantatura offre:
• un elevato asporto di materiale
• un’ottima durata nel tempo
Con il set di frese bredent medical per zirconio whiteSKY Le verranno fornite le forme
più importanti nelle seguenti due granulometrie:
• grossa = rossa = 120μm
• fine = blu = 40 μm
In tal modo è possibile realizzare velocemente e facilmente sovrastrutture implantare
con la forma desiderata.
Istruzioni d’uso:
La bredent medical consiglia per la preparazione di utilizzare innanzitutto la granulometria grossa e successivamente di rifinire le superfici con la granulometria fine.
Numero di giri ottimale: 150.000 giri/min
Raffreddamento spray: minimo 50 ml/min
Pressione: lavorare solo con pressione ridotta (< 2 N)
Si consiglia l’utilizzo del manipolo rosso (1:5) in alternativa alla turbina, grazie al quale
si ha un più elevato momento torcente.
