Si è svolto a Roma, dal 29 settembre al 1° ottobre, la sesta edizione di EPIC, European Property Italian
Conference, la Conferenza italiana sul mercato immobiliare, evento di riferimento per tutti gli operatori
nazionali, europei ed internazionali del settore immobiliare e per tutti gli enti pubblici interessati al mercato del
nostro paese. Il focus di EPIC 2004 si è incentrato sul tema delle nuove professionalità manageriali in campo
immobiliare al fine di individuare le figure e le competenze strategiche ed operative di supporto per un corretto
sviluppo del mercato immobiliare nel nostro paese. Terotec, anche quest'anno partner di EPIC insieme a SDA
Bocconi, Nomisma, RICS e WTCA, ha rappresentato e promosso le innovazioni "culturali" e di mercato che
caratterizzano il settore della gestione dei patrimoni immobiliari e urbani e il nuovo comparto dei servizi di
Facility Management.
