assistenza autorizzati dalla FAR s.r.l. e
fare uso esclusivo di pezzi di ricambio
originali. La FAR s.r.l. declina ogni
responsabilità per danni da particolari
difettosi, che si dovessero verificare
per inadempienza di quanto sopra
(Direttiva CEE 85/374).
• For all maintenance and/or repairs
please contact FAR s.r.l. authorized
service centers and use only original

che dovessero venire a contatto con la
pelle, lavarsi accuratamente con acqua
e sapone alcalino.
• If any drop of oil touches your skin, you
must wash with water and alkaline soap.
• L’utensile può essere trasportato a
mano ed è consigliabile dopo l’uso
riporlo nel proprio imballo.

putting it into its box after using.

détachées originales. FAR s.r.l. décline
toute responsabilité pour les dommages
dus à des pièces défectueuses qui
interviendraient suite au non-respect de la
notice ci-dessus (Directive CEE 85/374).

• In caso di esposizione quotidiana personale
in ambiente il cui livello pressione acustica
dell'emissione ponderata A sia superiore al
limite di sicurezza di 70 dB (A), fare uso
di adeguati mezzi individuali di protezione
dell’udito (cuffia o tappo antirumore,
diminuzione del tempo di esposizione
quotidiana etc..).
• If the A-weighted emission sound
pressure level is more than 70 dB (A),
you must use some hearing protections
(anti-noise headset, etc.).
• Mantenere il banco e/o l’area di lavoro
pulita e ordinata, il disordine può
causare danni alla persona.
• The workbench and the work surface
must be always clean and tidy. The
untidy can cause damages to people.
• Non lasciare che persone estranee al
lavoro tocchino gli utensili.
• Do not allow unauthorized persons to
use the working tools.
•Assicurarsi che i tubi di alimentazione
dell’aria compressa siano correttamente
dimensionati per l’uso previsto.

• Do not carry the connected tool by
pulling the hose. The hole must be
far from any heating sources or from
cutting parts.

protezioni e il silenziatore dell’utensile.
• Keep the tools in good conditions;
do not remove either safety parts or
silencers.

NOTE GENERALI E CAMPO DI APPLICAZIONE
L’uso dell’utensile è finalizzato esclusivamente all’utilizzo di rivetti a strappo di diametro compreso tra ø 2,4 e 6 mm Alluminio.
Il sistema oleopneumatico utilizzato dalla rivettatrice RAC 2500 fornisce una maggior potenza rispetto al tradizionale sistema
pneumatico su cui si basano altri modelli di rivettatrici. Ciò significa una drastica riduzione dei problemi dovuti all’usura dei
componenti con conseguente aumento di affidabilità e durata. Le soluzioni tecniche adottate riducono le dimensioni e il peso
della macchina rendendo la rivettatrice RAC 2500 assolutamente maneggevole. La possibilità di perdite dal sistema oleodinamico
sono precluse dall’impiego di guarnizioni a tenuta che eliminano questo problema.

GENERAL NOTES AND USE
The tool must be used for rivets diam. 2,4 -6 All.
The RAC 2500 oil pneumatic system assures more power than the pneumatic system used for other models. That means a reduction
in the problems due to the wear and tear of the components, therefore, there will be an increase in reliability. The technicai solutions
adopted reduce the dimensions and the weight of the tooi which, for these reasons, make it very handy. The possibilities of leakage
from the oil-dynamic system, are eliminated by some sealed gaskets, which solve this problem.

Gracias al sistema oleoneumático, la remachadora RAC 2500 brinda una potencia mayor respecto a las tradicionales remachadoras
neumáticas. Esto significa una notable reducción de los problemas causados por el desgaste de los componentes y como
consecuencia un aumento de la fiabilidad y duración. Las soluciones técnicas adoptadas reducen las dimensiones y el peso
de la máquina rindiendo la remachadora RAC 2500 absolutamente maniobrable. Las posibilidades de perdida por et sistema

The air feed must be free from foreign bodies and humidity in order to protect the tool from premature wear and tear of the

USO DELLA RIVETTATRICE
I
La posa in opera del rivetto avviene mediante impulso da comando a pedale, dopo la posa in opera del rivetto, l’espulsione del
chiodo tranciato viene effettuata per gravità dalla parte anteriore della rivettatrice (figura 1 e 2).
I chiodi tranciati devono essere raccolti in un apposito contenitore.
NON DISPERDERE I CHIODI NELL’AMBIENTE.

HOW TO USE YOUR RIVETING TOOL

The rivet is positioned by pushing the foot control. Then you can pull out the cutted remaining nail, by gravity, from the front of
the tool (figure 1 and 2).
Sheared nails must be gothered and put in a proper container.
Do not loose nails in the environment, avoid litter.

Le rivetage est effectué par impulsion au moyen de la commande à pédale. Après le rivetage, l’expulsion du clou coupé est
effectuée en avant par la force de gravité (Fig. 1 et 2).

Der Nietvorgang erfolgt durch Impuls mittels Fußsteuerung. Nach dem Nietvorgang fällt der abgerissene Nagel durch Schwerkraft
nach vorne heraus (Bild 1 und 2).
Abgerissene Nägel sollen in einem sauberen Behälter gesammelt werden.
Verlieren Sie keine Nägel am Arbeitsplatz, vermeiden Sie Abfall.

Manutenzione e cambio di formato
I
L’utilizzo prolungato della rivettatrice può dar luogo allo slittamento dei morsettl sul chiodo a causa del deposito di impurità. Si dovrà
quindi procedere alla pulizia dei suddetti morsetti ed alla successiva lubrificazione oppure, in caso di usura che ne comprometta
il corretto funzionamento, alla loro sostituzione.
Smontare la ghiera filettata (A) servendosi di una chiave a compasso. Una volta rimossa la ghiera, estrarre il pistone (B) e, con
un cacciavite rimuovere il tappo posteriore (C) da cui saranno estratti i morsetti (D). Per la sostituzione dell’ugello (E) servirsi di
una chiave commerciale di mm 12, e riporre quindi l’ugello rimosso in modo da non disperderlo.
ATTENZIONE!!! EFFETTUARE LE SUDDETTE OPERAZIONI CON RIVETTATRICE NON ALIMENTATA.

MAINTENANCE AND CHANGE OF SIZE

The extended utilization of the riveting tool can cause the slipping of the clamps on the nail due to the deposited impurities. For this
reason, it is necessary to lubricate the clamps after having cleaned them. However, if clamps are worn out and as a consequence
their working is jeopardized, replace them.
First remove the threaded ring nut (A), by means of a face spanner. Then pull out the piston (B) and by using a screwdriver remove
the rear plug (C) and extract the clamps (D). To replace the nozzle (E) use a 12-mm standard spanner and fit the removed nozzle
in order to avoid losing the nozzle.
WARNING!!! DESCONNECT AIR FEED WHEN PERFORMING THOSE OPERATIONS

L’utilisation prolongée du pistolet peut provoquer le glissement des étaux sur le clou, à cause de dépôt d’impurité. Il faudra donc
nettoyer les étaux et, ensuite, les lubrifier. En cas d’usure, si elle comporte une altération de leur correct fonctionnement, il faudra
au contraire remplacer les étaux mêmes.
Enlever l’embout fileté (A) en utilisant une clé à ergots. Après avoir enlevé l’embout, ôter le piston (B) et, au moyen un tournevis
enlever le bouchon postérieur (C) dont on aura extrait les étaux (D).
Pour le remplacement de la buse (E), utiliser une clé commerciale de 12 mm et placer ensuite la buse enlevée afin de ne la pas perdre.
ATTENTION!!! EFFECTUER LES OPERATIONS SUSMENTIONNEES LE PISTOLET N’ETANT PAS ALIMENTE!

Die lang andauernde Benutzung des Nietwerkzeuges kann zum Rutschen der Spannbacken auf dem Nagel führen, wegen des
Sichablagerns von Unreinheiten. Die oben genannten Spannbacken müssen daher gereinigt und danach geschmiert werden. Beim
Verschleiß, falls der einwandfreie Betrieb dadurch beeinträchtigt wird müssen die Spannbacken ersetzwerden.
Die Gewindenutmutter (A) durch einen Stimlochschüssel. Danach den Kolben (B) herausnehmen und durch einen Schraubenzieher
den Hinterverschluß (C) entfernen. Daraus sind die Spannbacken (D) herauszunehmen. Zur Auswechslung des Mundstückes (E)
einen 12 mm handelsüblichen Schlüssel verwenden. Danach das aus dem Nietwerkzeug entfernte Mundstück einlegen, damit
es nicht verlorengeht.
ACHTUNG!!! OBENGENANNTE EINGRIFFE BEI NICHT LUFTGESPEISTEM NIETWERKZEUG AUSFÜHREN!
MANTENIMIENTO Y VARIACION DE TAMAÑO

El uso prolongado de la remachadora puede dar lugar al deslizamiento de los bornes sobre el clavo, causado por depósitos de
impurezas. Se deberá por lo tanto proceder a la limpieza de dichos bornes y a la sucesiva lubricación. Sin embargo, si los bornes
están desgastados y su funcionamiento está comprometido, proceder a su reemplazo.
Es necesario desmontar el casquillo roscado (A) por medio de una llave de compás. Luego remover el émbolo (B) y empleando
un destornillador, remover el tapon trasero (C) y los bornes (D). Para el reemplazo del inyector se aconseja el uso de la llave de
tipo estandard de mm 12 y de montar el inyector quitado para evitar su posible pérdita.
¡CUIDADO! AL EFECTUAR ESAS OPERACIONES CORTAR LA ALIMENTACION DE AIRE A LA REMACHADORA

RABBOCCO OLIO CIRCUITO OLEODINAMICO
Verificare periodicamente che il livello dell’olio non scenda mai al di sotto dei 3/4 indicati dall’apposito segnalatore (B). Nel caso si rendesse necessario
un rabbocco togliere il tappo (A) servendosi di una chiave di mm 17, quindi immettere olio idraulico PANOLIN HLP ISO 32 finché questo non raggiunge
il bordo del foro filettato.
ATTENZIONE ! Nel caso questa operazione non venga effettuata, si potrà riscontrare, nel tempo, un calo di corsa della rivettatrice che andrà accentuandosi
fino a comprometterne il funzionamento. Occorrerà pertanto eliminare la presenza d’aria all’interno del circuito oleodinamico e ripristinarne la corretta quantità
di olio. Procedere quindi come segue: Riporre il corpo rivettatrice all’interno di un raccoglitore (in modo da non disperdere eventuali fuoriuscite di olio) e
posizionare la parte superiore del booster in modo tale che si trovi esattamente sullo stesso piano del corpo rivettatrice, mentre i tubi di alimentazione devono
essere disposti come da figura. Rimuovere il tappo di rabbocco olio (A) e il tappo di servizio (C) servendosi rispettivamente di una chiave commerciale di
mm. 17 e di una chiave commerciale a brugola di mm.5. Immettere olio idraulico PANOLIN HLP ISO 32 fino a che questo non uscirà privo di tracce di aria
(bolle) dal foro liberato dal tappo di servizio (C). Ad operazione ultimata rimontare il tappo di servizio (C) e verificare che l’olio abbia raggiunto il bordo del
foro filettato, rimontare quindi il tappo (A) e pulire accuratamente la rivettatrice dall’olio fuoriuscito. È estremamente importante attenersi alle istruzioni sopra
indicate ed effettuare le operazioni di rabbocco olio muniti di guanti.L’olio fuoriuscito durante le operazioni indicate, dovrà essere raccolto in appositi recipienti
ed affidato successivamente ad una ditta autorizzata per lo smaltimento del rifiuto. Non schiacciare o tagliare i tubi che collegano la rivettatrice al booster.

resetting the oil-dynamic circuit level
You need to fill up the oil-dynamic circuit only after a long period of work, when you note a power loss.
To start with, you have to eliminate the eventual remaining air in the oil-dynamic circuit, the riveting tool must be in vertical position, the
air supply must be connected. Remove the plug (D) from the hole (D1) and introduce the top of the small oil bottle furnished with the tool.
Remove the screw cap (E) from the hole (E1) and fill with hydraulic oil (PANOLIN HLP ISO 32) into the hole (D1) until you fill it up, you can
check the level from the hole (E1). Replace the screw cap (E) in the hole (E1), remove the oil bottle and close the hole (D1) with the plug (D).
Be sure that you have fastened well the screw cap and the plug. Clean the tool from any overflown oil during the resetting operation. We
recommend to apply carefully to above instructions and use always gloves when you handle the tool.If you need to empty fully the hydraulic
circuit, you must put the oil in a suitable container and contact a Company that is authorized to discharge any waste.
WARNING!!! DESCONNECT AIR FEED WHEN PERFORMING THOSE OPERATIONS
Before disconnecting the compressed air hose, make sure that it is not under pressure.
WE RECOMMEND TO USE OIL PANOLIN HLP ISO 32 DIN 51524-2/HLP OR SIMILARS.

REMPLISSAGE DE L’HUILE DU CIRCUIT HYDRAULIQUE
Le remplissage de l’huile du circuit hydraulique est necessaire apres une longue periode de travail, quand l’on remarque une diminution
de puissance. Cette operation de remplissage doit eliminer l’air eventuellement presente dansle circuit hydraulique et, dans ce but, il faut
mettre l’outil en position verticale et brancher l’alimentation de l’air. Enlever le bouchon (D) de l’orificie (D1) et y introduire le reservoir a
huile en dotation. Ensuite, enlever le bouchon (E) de l’orificie (E1) et remplir d’huile hydraulique (PANOLIN HLP ISO 32) a travers l’orificie
(D1) jusqu’a total remplissage. Verifier que l’huile atteigne le bord de l’orificie (El). Remonter le bouchon (E), enlever le reservoir a huile
et fermer par le bouchon (D).
Attention: fermer soigneusement les deux bouchons. Apres avoir effectue cette operation, nettoyer l’otil en enlevant l’huile ecoulee. Il faut
imprerativement suivre les instructions suscitee et les effectuer toujours avec des gants. En cas de vidange totale du circuit hydraulique,
l’on doit verser l’huile dans un conteneur spécial et ensuite, il faut contacter une maison (société) autorisée à l’écoulement des ordures.
ATTENTION!!! EFFECTUER LES OPERATIONS SUSMENTIONNEES LE PISTOLET N'ETANT PAS ALIMENTE!
Avant de déconnecter le tuyau de l'air comprimé, il faut s'assurer qu'il ne soit pas en pression.
NOUS RECOMMANDONS L’UTILISATION D’HUILE PANOLIN HLP ISO 32 DIN 51524-2/HLP OU SIMILAIRES.

Luftzufuhr beseitigen. Entfernen Sie die Schraube (D) von der Öffnung (D1) und setzen Sie den zur Ausstattung gehörenden Ölbehälter
ein. Danach entfernen Sie die Schraube (E) von der Öffnung (E1) und füllen Sie das Hydrauliköl PANOLIN HLP ISO 32 in die Öffnung (D1)
bis es bei der Öffnung (E1) auszutreten beginnt. Befestigen Sie die Schraube (E) in der Öffnung (E1), entfernen Sie den Ölbehälter und
schließen Sie die Öffnung (D1) mit der Schraube (D). Vergewissern Sie sich, daß Sie beide Schrauben gut angezogen haben.
Reinigen Sie das Werkzeug von eventuell ausgelaufenem Öl.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen die oben angeführten Anweisungen genau zu befolgen und verwenden Sie bei den Arbeiten Handschuhe. Bei kompletter
Entleerung des Hydrauliksystems das Öl nur durch autorisierte Firmen verwerten lassen.
ACHTUNG!!! OBENGENANNTE EINGRIFFE BEI NICHT LUFTGESPEISTEM NIETWERKZEUG AUSFÜHREN!
Wenn Sie den Druckluftschlauch vom Werkzeug entfernen muSS dieser druckfrei sein.
Es empfiehlt sich Öl PANOLIN HLP ISO 32 DIN 51524-2/HLP oder ähnliches zu verwenden.

LLENADO ACEITE CIRCUITO HIDRAULICO
Es necesario versar aceite en el circuito hidráulico después de un prolongado período de trabajo, cuando se advierte una disminución de la
carrera. La operación de llenado debe efectuarse en forma tal que se elimine el aire que eventualmente puede hallarse en el circuito hidráulico.
Esta operación debe ser realizada con remachadora vertical y alimentación del aire conectada. Quitar el tapón (D) del agujero (D1) y montar
el contenedor aceite en dotación. Desmontar el tapón (E) del agujero (E1) y coloçar aceite hidráulico (PANOLIN HLP ISO 32) en el aguiero
(D1) hasta el llenadvo total. Dicha condición puede ser controlada por el agujero (E1), el aceite debe alcanzar el borde del mismo. Montar
nuevamente el tapón (E), desmontar el contenedor del aceite y cerrar con el tapón (D). Controlar que los os tapones hayan sido aiustado
a tope. Si durante la operación debiera salir aceite, limpiar esmeradamente la remachadora; se recomienda respetar escrupulosamente
las instrucciones antes indicadas y cumplir las operaciones siempre equipados con guantes.Si se efectúa el vaciado completo del circuito
hidráulico, hay que coger el aceite en un contenedor apropiado y contactar con una firma autorizada para la eliminación de desechos.
¡CUIDADO! AL EFECTUAR ESAS OPERACIONES CORTAR LA ALIMENTACION DE AIRE A LA REMACHADORA
Antes de desconectar el tubo del aire comprimido de la remachadora asegurarse que éste no esté bajo presión.
Nosotros aconsejamos el uso del aceite PANOLIN HLP ISO 32 DIN 51524-2/HLP o similares
