INTRODUCTION
I’d a significant and thorough experience in the retail sector: POS management, start up of new POS, sales network, on the
job training. At a later stage I attended a Train the Trainer Master in order to strengthen and give a theoretical background
to the skills and the knowledge I developed on the field. From 2005 I start my activity as trainer, consultant and free lance
reporter. In 2010 I wrote, with F. Catalano, the book “Temporary Store: la strategia dell’effimero” (Temporary Store: the
strategy of the evanescent), Franco Angeli Publisher. From 2011 I’m a registered reporter.
JOURNALISTIC COLLABO RATIONS
I write columns for newspapers and magazines such as “Techno fashion”, “Tecnica Calzaturiera” e “ANShopfittingmagazine”. Previously I wrote on “Arredo & Design”, “Bicitech” and “Large Format”.
Since 2011 I was admitted to the journalist contributor profession register.

2014
Visual merchandising training seminars sector: Beauty and Personal Care, a group of independent and selective Beauty
and Personal Care shops. Addressee: the salespeople. This seminar is at the second edition and I was asked to organize
it with the double of hours of the first edition.
Workshops Visual Merchandising Sector: Fast Fashion retail, market leaders in Italy. Subjects: Shop window trends,
remerchandising, lay out. The first workshop took place in 2013 and the last one will be in 2015. I introduce a brief
presentation of workshops at the first “Foreign visual merchandising meeting” franchising and foreign European and
Middle East partner Edition.

market share. Visual Merchandising out-let course , spaces and mono-brand stores. Household items. A course for visual
merchandisers and sellers.

Seminar “The product goes on stage” Sector: textile. Inter-companies seminar for Centro Cot, Busto Arsizio. Second
Edition, the first seminar was run in 2010. Addressee: retail managers, style officers, sales officers.
Visual Merchandiser Seminar: Sector: Retail, department store. Addressee: visual area merchandiser of two brands.
Subjects: assets management and organization of branch visits.
Workshop Visual merchandising. Sector Retail, addressee: Branch visual merchandisers. Target: to update knowledge
and give new criteria in order to be consistent with radical concept reorganization.

“Selling Ceremony”. Luxury Fashion and Accessories sectors. Collaboration in writing of the retail booklet, in particular,
the section regarding the relationship with customer. Presentation to Store Managers in Europe with a session Training
/Trainer, supervision of the plans of action. This collaboration began in 2010 with a course to the boutique directors
about the management of employees and to sellers about the relationship with customers.
TEACHING
From 2007 teacher of Visual Merchandising and Retail marketing at Polimoda Firenze Master Area Marketing. From 2007 to
2013 teacher of luxury marketing Master Luxury Brand, Product and Communication at Good Accademia del Lusso Milano.
From 2010 teacher of Visual Merchandising for the courses of Fashion Product and Showroom Manager at Afol Moda Milano.
TEMPORARY STORE
Temporary store Conbipel, December 2010 at Grugliasco (To), the objective was to communicate the history of the brand
through a gallery of images and archive pieces and also the showcase of actual pieces (jeans, cashmere, feather jackets
and leather).
Temporary Store “Prevenire è vivere, novembre 2012 ” of LILT, Lega Italiana contro i Tumori at Milan Tortona area,
Novembre 2013. I contributed to the creation, organization and responsible for the decoration and disposition of the
temporary space of this no profit
